I came here for my daughter who had pink eye and a possible ear ache. Her doctors office was closed, so I needed something quick. I went early and the wait time was minimal. The nurse and doctor were both so patient and kind with her. I got her prescriptions and was on my way. Very convenient.

Avoid at all cost!! I had such a horrible time during my visit. I went for a fit to work appointment. It took almost an hour to be seen with only one person in the lobby. The staff in front desk were rude and act like they're doing you a favor! Every phone call that came through was put on hold immediately even though no other person was in the line. Very badly run business with terrible customer service. Not worth going even if the service is free!

Clean bright facility with friendly staff that works efficiently and thoroughly for a vast variety of medical issues that walk through the doors. Management is very conscientious and overall a very good experience for myself and others within our business.

As I sit here listening to the phone ring for 8:10 seconds and still counting, to make a pre-employment physical exam appointment, I'm about to hang up and call another option...oh and my phone now reads 9:17 seconds as I continue to listen to it ring without being answered...TERRIBLE! I'm reading reviews while waiting to schedule an appointment to this place. Majority rules!

From the moment I walked in the door the receptionist had a terrible attitude, then I asked her a question and was like she was doing me a favor but even acknowledging that I was there. For me, first impressions are everything shame on you Work Fit, you lost my business I went elsewhere to Albany Med Urgent Care, class act thank you Albany Med!!!!

(04/29/2022 11:48 AM -12:05 PM) Update to my review: did not have a long wait time, was in and out fairly quickly. Staff up front were friendly and the man who assisted in my drug screen was friendly as well. Even cracked a joke lol. I wanted to give this place the benefit of a doubt, and though my initial experience the day before was not pleasant, it was definitely made up today. Thank you to the staff for getting me in and out as quickly as you were able to. Bathroom could’ve used a little cleaning beforehand but I wasn’t like disturbed or disgusted. Seat was clean to use and there wasn’t any scary mess.
