This place has destroyed my family and all I worked hard to build despite great challenges for over 26 years. After all the non-profits disbanned and we lost the service coordinators who had been instrumental in our family and devoted to it, ( so much that I am not only facebook friends with them after I lost them but have had some to my home socially) this place was the cause of the loss of my 26 year old daughter by extremely unprofessional means, they manipulated her into institutionalizer herself and isolating herself from any and all family and friends of family that she had ever known. It took 5 months of abject fear in my entire family regarding her safety and wellbeing before my mother who just happened to thankfully be employed for 3 decades by the same company my child submitted herself to, to find her and finally give us at least a start to finding the peace we needed and now we are on a mission to un- brain wash her and deprogram her from what these young and unseasoned employees have done. And when I needed a simple signature from the care coordinator, something I would have gotten in a heart beat from any of my service coordinators in the past just stating that there is no father in the picture so i could take my other special needs child to Canada without having to locate and get permission from his abusive father i had finally been able to fully eliminate form our lives for several years and be safe from... a supervisor would not allow the care coordinator to do this which forced me to re- engage with that individual and now be once again subjected to his reign of terror. In multiple ways this company has ripped our multi-vulnerable family to shreds and leave behind the pulp it created in it's uncaring wake. Don't be fooled. This place is only about the about the bottom line dollar and has no business exploiting people who cannot stand up for themselves to get it. The wheel was not broken, but now is is jagged broken glass triangle.
