A fine doctor who listens. And he takes patient concerns seriously. For instance, I am someone who avoids drugs whenever possible yet had high cholesterol. Rather than insist I take a statin drug which I was very much against doing he asked if I would consider, red yeast rice, a natural alternative. I agreed and within a year my cholesterol levels were in a much improved, appropriate range.
