I am not pleased with communication. I received a phone call to get bloodwork done. Fine. I will go. I am told my medicine will change because my ldl is off. My thyroid is out of whack which can cause cholesterol issues. Not consulting me first and to switch my medicine and wanting me to go for injections is unacceptable. Please sit down with me and discuss my options.

Dr. Ribbeck is an excellent cardiologist. She makes you feel like you are her only patient. A few months ago, I developed essential hypertension out of the blue. I also have a history of some other cardiac conditions. The same day as my initial appointment, Dr. Ribbeck herself set me up for a 2D Echocardiogram (right after I saw her), telling me she'd call me if there were any issues. In the meantime, I set up an account on the patient portal & that very day, she sent me a message with my results and attached the report. I've had several other tests and she always messages me within 1-2 days of the test results, with a summary and eases my concerns. If I could give Dr. Ribbeck 10 stars I would!

She is just amazing. Exactly what you'd want in a doctor. She is thorough, listens and cares for her patients, has a very positive demeanor, calms patients' fears, and explains all information in a manner which is understandable to someone who is not a doctor and not familiar with medical terminology. Entire practice is way above average. Doctors on call during non-business hours always return calls very promptly as well. Other medical practices could learn a thing or two from how this facility is run. Outstanding!

I had My 94 yr old Mother at an appt today with Dr Ribbeck . All I can say is WOW ! I was so throughly impressed. She was everything I could have hope for for my Mother. She was very professional and spoke directly to my Mom. She explained everything so my Mother understood. And most of all she understood my Moms wishes. My husband and I will definitely be coming to Dr Ribbeck for our cardiologist. Thank you so very much!

Dr. Ribbeck is no-nonsense and listens to concerns, answers questions and generally keeps me informed. The office staff is VERY efficient. Wait times are nearly non-existent.
