I came to Yen’s office in a really bad shape. I had been hospitalized the month before and came with very low hemoglobin levels and gut issues. I also had been recently diagnosed with osteoporosis at age of 40 due to a cancer treatment. Substantial changes in my diet and high quality nutricional supplements made a huge impact to my recovery. I am now one year later feeling the positive changes to my overall health. Thanks Yen!

Yen is unlike any other practitioner I have ever worked with. She takes as much time as is necessary to fully understand your health history in order to get to the root cause of symptoms. She uses a functional nutrition approach to recommend not only food but lifestyle choices to optimize health. I highly recommend her!!

I have worked with Yen for over 3 years. She is thoughtful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. She changed the way I think about food and nutrition.
