So I had 2 prior hair removal appointments with one of the techs at ideal image. My experience with that particular tech wasnt so great but for my 3rd treatment I had a tech named Gabrielle. Let me tell you Gabrielle was so efficient so empathetic so caring and you can tell she was properly trained. She took the time out to ask me questions and was so thoughtful when performing my facial laser hair removal by talking to me during the process making sure I was comfortable and guiding me through the pain because laser hair removal can be quite painful. She showed concern for me when I had a little swelling gave me some ice packs to put on my face and stayed with me until the swelling went down. She was not concerned about the color of my skin but rather making sure that I was okay throughout the entire process. Her kindness is whats needed in this world because people will never forget the way you made them feel. Thank you so much Gabrielle...you never know what someone else is going through...God bless you♥️🙏🏽😇

In December of 2019 I purchased a laser hair removal package and paid in full. 2 sessions in COVID hit and the clinic had to shut down I was promised that my treatments would not be hindered by this and I would get back on track once the clinic opened. FINALLY when the clinic opened I had made an appointment and then it was canceled several times BY THE CLINIC...summing it up I was screwed out of my remaining treatments. In addition to my LHR going wrong I had purchased the VIP membership in April of 2021 mainly for the price of Botox NEVER was the free treatment explained to me however without my knowledge someone signed me up for an IPL but never booked it?? I dont think Ill ever recommend Ideal Image at least the Buffalo office to anyone I drive 80 miles to go there and I feel like I wasted $3000+ in services. Trying to schedule appointments after COVID was impossible I literally could never get in and had to jump through hoops basically to snag an appointment. For the amount of money I spent on this I am so disappointed.

Maria RN with the nice red hair is THE best LASER consultant I’ve ever had I have had laser done all over my body for years And she exceeded all the expectations So so so so thorough not a hair was missed She is also so patient and efficient and nice If it’s your first time doing laser or your last come here and schedule with her
