She was kind and understanding. When she knew something could be unpleasant, she warned me and tried to get done fast. I highly recommend her.

I was worried about test results that before she said could be false positive but if I test positive again then to call her to discuss. Called the office and was called back by a rude receptionist/nurse who basically talked to me like I was stupid and she was so loud I bet the whole office heard my personal medical business. If you don't want to talk to me fine but please don't pass the message to a rude condescending monster Called a nurse. I was going to her for years before that, even had a appointment for a procedure but after that I canceled my appointment and found a new OBGYN.

After an incredibly traumatic first birth experience in another country, Dr. Melanson has put me right at ease during my prenatal visits. She takes her time with me, remembers things we’ve discussed, answers all of my questions, and makes me feel comfortable. She’s incredible and I’m glad I’ve established a relationship with a doctor I can trust. Highly recommend.

A well appointed Team! My surgery was delayed and Dr. Melanson updated me regularly and was calm & collected and my surgery was better than we had expected! I highly recommend this Team.

I'm blown away reading ANYTHING negative about Dr. Melanson. She has been amazing in the last year since I switched to her. She's compassionate, she explains everything in great detail until you understand it and she couldn't be nicer. DO NOT hesitate to make an appt with Dr. Melanson! I've seen her at both Orchard Park AND Essjay and have NEVER had a problem parking, and there is never a long wait. I'd give her 10 stars if I could!!! *********

Never seen at my appointment time.... people who got here after me are going ahead of me....its frustrating! The waiting rooms are clean and updated. The building is nice, but it is impossible to find a parking spot! Overall, it's been a frustrating experiance and I haven't even seen the doctor yet.

Explains well and does not rush through the appointment. Gives enough time and attention to think up any questions and concerns that i might have. I like her calm and relaxed demeanor. Had her through out the pregnancy but had dr Samadi the day of delivery. She was good as well.

Dr. Melanson is a very friendly, caring and intelligent physician. She takes the time to explain procedures, etc. It was very easy to talk with and ask questions.

I a royal pain when it comes to getting my yearly exams done, but first time after seeing over 5 OB/GYN's, I found Dr. Melanson to be excellent!! I switched to her at the tailend of my pregnancy as my OB was scheduled for vacay. I thank God for that hiccup as it led me to her. She's very understanding, great listener, and quite calming. Love my first time favorite OB!

She talked to me like I was a child and even told me some of my questions about my own body were irrelevant because they would not change my treatment plan. Whether they change the treatment or not, I should be able to get answers about my own body. She also spent zero time getting to know me, and did not seem to remember me from a previous appointment that was only a few weeks before.
