Going to Dr. Endl (for my friend's cataract surgery) was AWESOME! He talks a little fast :) (but he will slow down if you ask him :). Although I am sure he has performed hundreds of cataract surgeries over his lifetime, he takes his time and does not rush you. He is great abut explaining the surgery and clarifying any questions you may have. Dr. Endl is professional, friendly and has a great attitude. He treats you with respect... not only as a patient but as human being. Dr. Endl makes you "feel welcome and have a positive attitude!" I CANNOT say the same for my own experience with Dr. Sandra Everett in Orchard Park....she was a nightmare...unless you were having a corneal transplant! She was the epitome of horror! He did my cataract surgery about 18 months ago and my vision is worse now. I invested in a very expensive multi focal lens and after talking to other eye specialists, this was not my best option but I honestly felt he was more after the money than the care of his patient. Wait time is ridiculously long and then I always felt rushed once he finally came in. Two thumbs down ??

Dr. Endl is a great doctor and a fantastic surgeon. He is extremely thorough and professional. Surgery is a breeze. The staff is a different story. The office manager is rude and clueless. The staff is lazy, and you can hear constant chit chat. The staff is more concerned about their weekend plans, rushing you out the door and finishing up for the day than they are of you.

DR ENDL DID MY CATARCT SURGERY. IT WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE THAT A PERSON COULD HAVE. HE WAS CARING AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS EYECARE.
