Winter storm WARNING for every county in WNY forcasted for the last 3 days and you REFUSE your patients take home medication for 1/17 is outright disgusting and crazy. Clearly the doctor and staff would rather people risk their lives getting rides or driving in frigid cold temps and forcasted 18-20" snow.. Esp When schools are already closed and other clinics have given take home medication for next 2 days.Subpar care and standards.Stay away

I havent gone here yet but what i can say is the lady i spoke with whom also made my first appointment was very kind and thoughtful i was on a generic form of subutex for actually i thought 3 yrs but im going on 3.5 yrs and the dr i had previously decided to switch me for no apparent reason and i instantly been withdrawaling and more and im struggling alot but im trying to keep my mind right as much as possible for my son well she told me on the phone to just remember there is something positive coming out of this and i while crying thanked her sooo much because that was the absolute sweetest thing and i have a great feeling about this place because if she treated me that kindly i can only imagine how great i will be treated by the rest of the staff i am truly grateful that im leaving a place where the dr treated me poorly since day 1 and wasnt happy that i was pregnant even though it was unplanned and didnt respect me unless my father was standing in the room with me and honestly he use to make me cry he was so nasty and brutal i even caught him talking bad about me as i went to leave the last few months i never lied to the man i never did anything to make him treat me so unfair i even had explained everything no matter what and was constantly polite and respectful regardless ... i shoulda left there a long long time ago
