My annual visit lasted 15 minutes. She rushed through the visit like she was supposed to be somewhere else more important. No bedside manner was exhibited. No smile. Asked about what was involved in a procedure as I wanted to know if it was an option for me. She told me it would be discussed during the pre-op visit. What? Asked if I was due for a pap, and she answered "do you want a pap?" with an ...

Dr. LaJeunesse is an amazing doctor, I absolutely love her. Ive been seeing her for years, I actually followed her to Buffalo Medical Group from another office. She has always been easy to talk to and really listens if you have a concern. She doesn't try to over talk you like some doctors do. She delivered my 2nd child by cesarean section (almost 10 months ago), and I have to say, it was a great experience! My cesarean was done in the late afternoon, almost evening time and I was up and walking around early the next morning, AFTER MAJOR abdominal surgery! That says alot about her work. I had no issues postpartum. I would highly recommend her to friends and family.

I don't feel that Dr. Lajeunesse listens more than what she has to to type in her visit notes on the computer. You tell her you have an issue, she types it up but does not talk to you about it. I had to ask 3 different ways to get an answer to the pain I have been having and was told take Motrin. She could not care less, literally in and out in 2 minutes. Depressing and disappointing.

I love Dr. Lajeunesse. She makes the appointments feel easy and relaxing. She remembers so much of what I talk to her about, even though it's usually about a year between my appointments. Dr. L is friendly and professional, and I always look forward to seeing her.

Worst experience with a doctor ever. 55 min wait to see her, with no apology or explanation offered. I am a first time mother at my 1st ob-gyn appt . She gave me no information and offered no advice. The one medical concern I had was addressed with "oh, that's okay" before rushing on to something else. I had to Google information to feel less stressed about the symptom. It was a waste of time and I have no trust in her. Will never go back. Do NOT recommend.
