List of K Andrew Cerveny Jr's Reviews
I found this physician on ZocDoc, he has great reviews on there, I believe it showed a 4.7/5 stars. I wanted a consult, the consult lasted for about 8 mins with the dermatologist and then the assistant explained how to use the medications. If you have to speak to someone directly from this office, the main number will leave only a message for the office staff to contact you when they're available. Clean Office.
Everyone at this office, from the receptionist to the doctor, is great and the office itself is very clean. Dr. Cerveny was no nice! He has a calming, disarming bedside manner and didn't rush me, good eye contact and made me feel like he was listening to what I was saying. The medical assistant who met me in the room before he came in was also so sweet and took her time with me. Just a good experience! I don't usually leave reviews but I just felt so good when I left this office. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about...I actually hesitated to come here because of them but I'm really happy I went regardless.
Takes time to respond to questions....a true professional!
Only been here once, they prescribed me oral medication and topical medication for my acne, without asking hardly any questions at all with what i was struggling with. The appointment took only 5 minutes itself, so it’s clear they’re just all about the money. Since then, I called them twice because when they resent my prescription they only included the topical medication. I have been to CVS 3 times after calling them to receive my medication and they still have yet to send it. Very unprofessional
Had such a great experience! The Office Manager was absolutely lovely. The office was super clean. My appointment was at 5:30pm and I was out by 6pm. I saw Danielle who was professional and friendly and super helpful! Will definitely be making this my permanent derm office.
Unprofessional, downplayed my situation and my symptoms. Never ever going to see this guy in my life !
This review is for Dr. Cerveny only, but I will address some issues with the location. I was there today to get skin tags removed. A bit of a wait at this office. The parking is difficult, as there are not even spots for this busy location. I parked in a different lot, a bit nervous for a ticket. As for Dr. Cerveny, he was super nice. He did everything in one appointment, and even looked into a spot I did not come for. Very good bedside manner, I was comfortable with him. Tall guy too, :)
Dr.Cervantes is thorough,, compassionate & explains your condition to you & why he is doing certain procedures.
Doesn't do a good body scan. Going elsewhere
How unfortunate that they are moving out of Amityville to Garden City - will not be driving to Garden city for them - have lost me as a patient because of their move

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
