Nursing staff is friendly and prompt with service.Dr. Khanijo is calming doesn't make you feel tense.He checked me and gave me medication within 24hours I felt much better.He know his field n and is well versed in it and I appreciate that.Overall very good experience.

I didn't see the doctor and they charged my insurance company $900+ and gave me a bill for $350. This place is outrageous

Dr. Khanijo is an excellent doctor. He is thorough and informative. He is knowledgeable and prescribes the right meds for the right patient. However, some of his office staff (Nicole) lacks phone manners. I've spoken with her twice and she has always had a nasty attitude. She lacks phone etiquette. Her attitude has the potential to drive away patients and that's quite unfortunate. A correction in her attitude would help ratings.

Dr. Khanijo is a good pulmonologist, but his office staff leaves much to be desired. They are impersonal, and non-empathetic. During the day the plumes of smoke came down from Canada, I was having difficulty breathing and eventually had an asthma attack, I ran out of medication. I called them several times during the day and his office staff was very uncaring. They told me to wait, and after the 4th phone call I did, until 5. When I called back, the office was closed. I called the emergency service and left two messages with the on-call doctor who never called me back, nor did he refill the prescription. I had to call my primary care physician who refilled my asthma medication. I called Dr. Khanijo's office the next day and expressed how I didn't appreciate how I was treated. The receptionist kept telling me she understood. Obviously she didn't or else she would have made sure the doctor received my message. Perhaps she did give him the message and he didn't refill it and went home instead. Whatever the reason, it was not done. She told me he filled it at 5:15 that day, which was a lie. I checked with my Pharmacist and the only prescription they received was from my primary care physician. It was apparent my pulmonologist's office didn't understand what it was like to be an asthmatic who couldn't breathe in a Canadian smoke storm but they did understand throwing up smoke screens instead of taking responsibility for their mistake and making it right. If you are in need of a Pulmonologist, unfortunately I would think twice before choosing this office for your care. There are other great doctors out there with more empathetic office personnel than this one.

Wonderful physician. Great staff. Javier is the man. Anyone who would say otherwise is a 1 star person themselves.

All The staff and the doctor are wonderful they explain everything from the beginning to the end because it was my first time at that place and just love it I definitely recommend this doctor office

New patient being evaluated for breathing issues. Dr khanijo and his staff were compassionate, caring and professional. Dr. Khanijo was truly concerned for my well being and sent me to a cardiologist. He held my arm and walked me to the door. When do you ever see that? Number 1 in my opinion

I was referred to this Dr. after being in the hospital for a COPD flare up and I was ABSOLUTELY APPALLED with his OUTRAGEOUS & INCORRECT statement to me! I felt like less than a human; someone not worthy of life! I WOULDN'T refer a SERIAL KILLER to this Dr!

I was able to get an appointment quickly thanks to the efficient front office staff who found and opening. During the visit, I found the staff to be professional and courteous. Dr. Khanijo is very easy to talk to and he listens. He has gentle demeanor, is very professional and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to see a pulmonologist.

Excellent! As a new patient, my visit exceeded my expectations. Thorough and efficient. Dr. Khanijo listened and explained. The P.A., nurse and staff are professional and easily approachable.
