Joseph Carrozza's Online Review Report Card

I am a patient of Dr Joseph Carrozza for over 20 years. He has got to be the best doctor that I have ever seen. He is not in a hurry to get you out of his office like most doctors are now adays. He truly listen to his patients. He shows empathy and concern. He is a doctor's doctor. I would tell everyone I could to make him your doctor.

I am a 65+ woman, who saw Dr Carrozza last fall for the first time. He listened to my concerns with thoughtful comments. He literally saved my life! Due to his thorough exam he determined I had carotid stenosis and was quickly able to get my BP under control. He got me in to Dr Benton, cardiologist, who did several more tests to confirm the diagnosis, while getting my cholesterol lower on a med that I tolerated and referred me to Dr Paty, a vascular surgeon. I am waiting for surgery thinking that if Dr C had not done such a thorough exam and acted quickly I may have stroked or died by the end of this year. I highly recommend Dr Carrozza. My only opportunity for improvement with this practice is the staff doesn’t answer the phone or get back to you. Faxed medical information is not forwarded to the physician.

Dr. Carrozza is the best primary physician ever. He truly cares about his patients. I have been a patient as well as my 86yr old mom and he cares for us like family. I wouldn't go to anyone else for care. His staff in the Amsterdam office is exceptional also. Thank you Dr. Carrozza for all that you do. Kathy and Nancy

Amazing and caring Dr. Carrozza is one of a kind. I moved my 86 year old mom to NY to care for her and I needed to find a doctor who would care for her needs. After searching online I found Dr. Carrozza through the web and 5 star reviews, which were over 100 just like this one. Any time I call his office I get the answers or help I need. When I would take mom to see him, the wait wasn't more then 5-7 mins and we were always greeted with a smile from the staff. We live 45mins away and it's worth the drive. Dr. asks all the right questions and gives us clear and direct directions for whatever is needed. He's also personable and likes to make my mom feel like a million bucks at her age. With this said, if your looking for a doctor who truly listens and cares please consider this Dr. when searching. You will be glad. Kate and Nancy

Doctor carrozza has been my doctor for more than 25yr I would not go to any other doctor he always has my best interest in his heart I've been with a lot of doctors and for me he is the best I deal with pancreatic cancer and I went to hospital he called me to make sure I was doing ok y would I go anywhere else and I don't know what I would do without him thank u for listening salvatore j marchese

I have never met a more caring Dr. He is compassionate and understanding. He listens to what you have to say. Dr. Carrozza represents what every Dr. should strive to be. He is one in a million and I feel very fortunate for him to take me on as a patient. Since, I am a snowbird, he helped me to organize my care between Doctors. He offered suggestions that were valuable. I left his office feeling hopeful that I will have answers soon to my varied health issues. Dr. Carrozza inspired me looking forward to seeing him next spring.

Dr Carrozza has been my doctor for 20 years. Also, my husband switch his doctor to Dr Carrozza because he was not satisfied. He’s the best!

Dr. Joseph is , by far, the BEST Primary Care individual practicing Medicine today. We NEED Him in Rochester, NY
