That is the worse place I went for medical conditions I went the last Sunday For allergy They give medications not covered by insurance: I have two main insurances Medicare and Medicaid They told me the rules changed Before they required the two insurances Concerning to Medical attention I not recommend to anyone The staff is not friendly and not try to help I am Senior Lady disable and the doctor don’t looking which medications is covered by insurance I give the stars 0

The receptionists were kind and helpful. I went 2 times for a physical I needed for a Coast Guard license. I called prior to my 1st visit to verify they had the testing equipment and can do this physical. THEY CAN DO DOT PHYSICALS. The first visit, "no one was there, that can do physicals." I was told today that "the paperwork was too extensive." In other words, the doctor scheduled today was lazy and didn't feel like doing it. Go elsewhere!

Front desk is cold not caring. Charge 225 just to have 2 WORTHLESS PAs try to send me off without medical assistance for panic attack until i raised my voice! September 9, 2023

I have been here four times in the past year and have always had pretty good experiences. The first time I thought I had a sinus infection, but it turned out to be Covid. They didn't give me any prescription meds, just sent me home to ride it out on my own. The second time I had pink eye & they prescribed eye drops. The third and fourth times the skin on my hands was peeling and they said I had contact dermatitis (allergic reaction). Both times they sent me home with a prescription for a steroid cream. The front desk staff has always been pleasant, as well as the PAs, nurses, and doctors. I've never had a long wait and each time they gave me a note for work. The entire place is very clean and I felt safe and comfortable being treated there. I would definitely recommend the place for minor illnesses and injuries. I don't think they are equipped to handle anything serious/life threatening. I'm sure I will be back again in the future.
