David Zelefsky's Online Review Report Card

Crooked doctor. Performs illegally activities. No drug tests. Has been seen just handing scripts for oxycodone to the lady at the front desk to hand to the patient without ever seeing the patient. Sends for X-rays but does not go over them, most likely orders them to protect himself. Has been seeing and proving a heroin addict with opiates for a year and a half but either doesn't know it because of not drug testing (if he would like he's supposed to in order to make sure the medication provided is in the system he would see it's not and the addict has been selling them in order to get heroin instead, he would also see that there is heroin and other drugs in his system) or he just turns the other cheek. He has seen 5 day detox medications prescribed to a patient multiple times such as Vicodin and suboxone and still continued prrecribing the opiates. Patient has been tipped off to go to this doctor because of how easy it is to get these pills because he is known for it. He has kept an addict on high doses of strongly addictive medicine for a year and a half without ever weaning down. Who knows how many addictions he's feeding.

The staff at NY rehab is great. You get a sense that they really care. Doctor Zelefsky is very attentive and takes time to answer all your questions. I recommend them highly

He and his staff not only got me back on my feet, but they were kind, quick about it, thorough and well within my insurance means so I did not incur exuberant bills. My name peter brusil I am more than satisfy whit Dr Zelevsky establishment for there health care the reason is as follow there expertise in medical care is good professional & there knowledge is so fine I wish ever medical office by like them in time of need they can se you promptly as soon as possible specialy dr Zelevsky he do more than he get to deserved reimbursd from the insurance .He &their medical office is take not only privet insurance but they also take madicaid inshurance which is for people who does not afford privet insurance & they take medicare insurance.So what I teling you they do ther job very well .They like what they do because they know what they do. I want tanks to Dr zelevsly very mych he is very kind to me he has good hard & Soul.Thay provide me whith massage vitamin therapy electric stimulation proper medication they have in ther office chiropracktors massage therapist & they provide exercises for the patience in time of need they have operating room/surgery room.This establishment has also iches waigth loss a it is call lipo light & the thinks really working because I teling you from own experience I lost 16 inches on my belly.Dispite I have medical physical problems I am glad I find Dr Zelevky medical establishment help they care form me whit dignity Thay doit in greater maner thanky you very much Dr Zelevsky I wish every doctors be like Dr ZelevskyMD I wish you all the best ower hope is not lost yet peter Milton ambroz mena brusil
