I came in for my first laser hair removal appointment and everything went smoothly. I was in and out within 30 minutes even with my wait. The receptionists were friendly and offered water and coffee. My nurse Kelly was prompt and professional. I was a bit nervous but she was calm and reassuring. Overall great experience and relatively painless.

This review is for the location at Astoria.I love them! It's always such good energy when you arrive, from the women at the front desk to the technicians doing laser. I've doing hair removal and tattoo removal and it's been great. It's fast and comfortable. thank you so much!

If you mention any health related issues that refrain you from getting services from them, they completely disregard it. They prioritize the money instead of the clients. The clients get good treatment until any minor issue arises. To be a good client for them its like you must walk on glass and cater to their needs. When in reality the needs are of the people that’s the whole point of coming to Lazeraway getting help not ignored.

By far one of the greatest places I've been to! I receive their 'Clear & Brilliant' treatment for my numerous skin issues and I'm beyond satisfied with my results so far. This location is fabulous, with a kind staff, and overall welcoming atmosphere. They even offered me a warm beverage to help me relax while I waited!I'm already looking forward to my return.

Definitely recommend. Great service and amazing staff. i had a great experience with my nurse Ivy. she was very informative and gentle above all. The procedure felt like a brease. Truly appreciate it.. and Can't wait for my next visit.

Always feel very welcome and comfortable at the Laseraway in Astoria. From the front desk to the clinicians, everyone is extremely friendly and warm. Luna and Sabrina are both fantastic when it comes to booking treatments and are more than happy to answer any questions and concerns you may have. Highly recommend this location and the hair removal laser treatments.

They are super kind, the staff is amazing the front desk wow, I was dealing with everything by text msg and they would answer you right away, no waiting treats you like a Queen, but as soon as a problem happens and you ask your refund oh my gosh they treat you like nothing. They gave me a window time for my refund to happened and nothing, I reached out with the same person through text, she is so not into gave me information. Money guys that’s all.
