Dr. Augello is an amazing doctor! Highly recommend him. I was sent to him by my primary care doctor and couldn't be more happier with my results with him. He always returns phone calls no matter how busy he is. I feel lucky to have him part of my health care. Top Notch office and doctor!

It started off well with my required Colonscopy. Then they recommended an Endoscopy - which I was told was "covered" - which most people will take as there is no extra payment! I asked multiple times if this was covered (with the GI office, with the endoscopy office and the doctor after the procedure, since I received a letter from the United which I showed them) But I received a bill for $1475 at Christmas and have had the run around ...with everyone telling me that it is my responsibility to call the insurance company to see what is covered! Don't believe your doctors...you will get a BIG bill that you will not be prepared for!

Where do I begin. They rushed me for a colonoscopy which was cool. Dr. Obadia or however you spell his name comes to me afterwards and says I see what you're talking about you are inflamed everywhere. I am sending a prescription to your pharmacy at 4 o'clock. What he didn't say is that it was going at 4 o'clock 2 days later. I call a month later and ask to speak to dr. Roditis and I explain to them I cant eat, I cant drink water and I cant move. The secretary puts me on hold and tells me the doctor can see me in 2 days. Why not suggest to go to the hospital? I almost lost my colon. Not only that they kept saying my joint pain was unrelated to my illness but the doctors at nyu kept asking me if I had joint. Look they can make a diagnosis but patient care after is non existent with these guys. They dont keep up with up to date symptoms on today's standards. Do as much as possible to make money and screws the patients. I would never recommend these guys in a million year . I think they should read some journals about symptoms of GI diseases and how they can effect the entire body.

I had had experienced stomach pain for over a week and it seemed to worsen after a certain point. Now worried it was something serious I called to make an appointment as this office was very close to me. It would have been my first time there and was really trying to avoid the emergency room. Closest appt I could get would be 21 days out.. so probably good doctors but don't expect ant imediate help of you are in pain..

Have had three visits - so this is a blend of my experiences. 1. Maria is top notch. 2. They speak too fast when answering the phone 3. When they are backed up, (over an hour my first appointment) they don't tell you - BUT - if you ask (maybe push) you can get a better idea of time (I told them I was leaving - reschedule). 4. My next appointment i was seen within 10 mins of my appointment time. 5. The doctor spent a good amount of time not just talking about my routine test I was there for, but also other things he thought it was prudent to talk about 6. They very kindly called me to give me some specific info about my RX - I really appreciated it. 7. Clean, bright, easy to get to. I have two procedures scheduled - let's see how they go. over all, so far: good.

On a recent testing at The Endoscopy Center of Queens my experience was a wonderful experience. The New Endoscopy Center of Queens Carries High Professional Standards,From the moment you enter the Center their staff is incredible The Center is a fine example to the Infection Control Standards under the Law.The HIPPA law is followed to the letter.The Nursing Staff ,The Anesthesiologist were above standards of given care The Center has State of the Art medical equipment.You are never left alone .

Dr. Augello is intelligent, courteous and very experienced. Always enjoy my visits with him, and his staff is outstanding.
