Dr. Banker and his staff have treated me as though I were there most important patient. They have been efficient and at the same time caring and sensitive to my feelings and concerns. I havent finished my treatment yet but Im looking forward to the results.

I called two locations one that is on Steinway and the other in Forest Hills. They claimed they accept most insurances and when I said I have Healthfirst they were quick to say they didn't take that insurance, yet when I searched online one of their providers did but they still said HealthFirst is not being taken in any of their locations. However, if I spent $300 for a consultation they could put me on an affordable payment plan. Well, this explains why they don't accept a plan that is pretty much accepted everywhere. However, after reading the other reviews it doesn't matter if they do take your insurance because they end up making you sign forms to rip you off one way or another. So, they charge your insurance as much as they can and then they also make a profit from your hard earned money in these trying times....not cool.This chain of clinics should be reported to the state attorney for fraud and shouldn't be in business!
