StaFF Is Friendly & Courteous, I Feel Welcomed & Pleased With Their Service

Come to find out 2 years later of help that not only so I have fibromyalgia he refused to have me tested for as it was all in my head .. I also had gastreo issues and told me stress . Well I have ibd . If u care about ur health I wouldn't go see him . Not of ur a woman with issues .. I mean that with all my heart
Dr Duckett was very patient and listened to what I was saying. Took his time and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend him
First time visit and it was very pleasant, staff is very friendly and Dr. Duckett is a very nice doctor, the place is calming and very clean. As soon as I was seen I could tell he cares about your health. I’ve had some troubles at other areas and with most doctors I’ve been to and he’s the best one if gotten, I immediately switched to him and made him my primary care doctor, I’m glad I now have a doctor that cares and knows what he’s doing! Thank you so very much!! I appreciate it!
He is extremely rude man! He must play favorites and I guess I am not one of them. I have questions about a Med he acts like a 5 year old child , like who are you to question my PHD. He never listens to your heart and never knows why you are there. Even though his staff writes diligent notes. I do not recommend him to anyone!
I've had Dr Duckett since 2019 when he was still in the Community Hospital. My experience with his has been nothing short of amazing, he's always fast, caring, and takes time to stop and listen to your issues. A stern doctor that will tell you the truth about your symptoms instead of text booking a definition to you. Dr Duckett has done amazing for me, and has referred me to several amazing specialists after my father's death. My fiance has had him as a PCP for a year and is getting worked with for weight loss instead of just being told he's fat and needs to work out he actually recommended a nutrition specialist. Dr Duckett is a refreshing and honest doctor.
Doesn't care about your problems unless they're weight and blood pressure. Name calls your other specialist Doctors. Abrupt and rude. Doesn't do anything besides blood tests and telling you the results are perfect even when multiple things are out of range.
Started seeing Dr. Duckett less than 6 months ago. Will not be returning. I decided to give him a chance even after reading reviews but found all negative feedback was true. Went in for upper back pain and he never even palpated the area or came within 5 ft of me. He ordered labs which he stated were remarkable but in fact my levels were off the charts (I work in a laboratory) He then ordered a chest xray and CT of my chest. Mind you im having back pain... When questioned he tried to say i complained of chest pain, yes because it was radiating from my BACK! Then said he has back pain and sometimes you gotta live with it :/ So yesterday i go for my CHEST CT and i ask the tech will he be able to see anything to do with my back? You know where the pain is. Her answer..NO! And since there is no contrast he wont see anything with blood vessels and such which he tried to say he ordered so he could see such vessels. In conclusion steer clear of this office if take charge of your own health.
Dr Ducket was my primary care physician for just over a year. Initially, my appointments were rushed and dismissive. I asked him to help me understand a prescription he gave me, and he took it defensively, as if I was questioning his ability. Each appointment felt like he clicked a stop watch to hurry me out the door. UNTIL he learned that I hold a prominent position in the area. Then he became friendly and helpful. (I guess he’s on the city council and enjoys the good ole boys club environment). I dropped him when he misdiagnosed a condition I have, saying it was nothing more than swollen muscles (it was gout).

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
