Dr. MacDonald is a knowledgeable in birth control methods and helpful in that you are better equipped to make an informed decision after talking with her. She is genuine and compassionate, which is why I want to recommend her to anyone who is looking for a respectful gynecologist.

I had seen another gynecologist in the area (Penfield) and left extremely upset - they made me feel stupid for asking questions and embarrassed. When I came and saw Dr. MacDonald it was the total opposite - she answered all questions respectfully & is very calm, understanding, and trustworthy. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. 10/10 lucky find.

She takes your concerns very seriously and doesn't make you feel like you're crazy! I have repeat pregnancy loss with no known cause and she was very compassionate about everything, even when I was calling repeatedly to see if my blood Hcg levels were back, and if I should start progesterone etc. I'm very confident with her!
