I called to establish new patient care. I was met with such attitude by the office person I spoke with. Way to reel in business 👍

Love the doctor and staff. Compassionate and interested in their patients.
Saw Dr. Levy on 4/29/21. My Medicare doesn’t begin until 7/1/21, so I made the appt w/ being a self pay patient. Today’s appt was simply to get a referral for in-home assisted care. I am blind and need daily assistance. Dr. Levy refused to see me because I also have Medicaid. He stated that he isn’t Medicaid approved and can’t accept cash from a Medicaid patient. That’s fine... I understand. I asked if as an accommodation if he could see me for 10 minutes and elect not to bill me for today’s visit. This would help me and prevent him from having to charge a Medicaid patient. I told him that after today’s visit we could resume a Medicare based patient/doctor relationship in July. Dr.Levy could’ve helped me out but instead said that, “He has bills to pay.” He couldn’t spare 10 mins of his time to assist a blind patient w/ a paperwork matter. This delay will impact my needed in home care. Incredible! This doctor seems more interested in the money side of medicine. Beware.

Rude and not nice doesnt try to listen to you rhinks he right about every thing than you call and ask for info from shots or records and they are rude his secretaries and nurses
After 14 years here I recently went on Medicare and the start of questionable and suspect billing practices are forcing me to find a new doctor. The "billing department" serving this doctor's office overbills without taking any corrective actions and could care less about the best interests of the patient and if amounts paid are properly accounted for and/or coordinated with insurance coverage's. Being a senior I do not need to spend countless hours of my life reviewing procedures, mistakes and overcharges on the phone to fix negligent billing practices. I will instead find a different and patient friendly doctor of which there are many. My name here is a pseudonym for security and privacy protection. ~ Greed is NOT good. ~
Terrible office managers who cannot send your records out when you need them. It’s the end of October and they haven’t sent out paperwork for a cpap machine they received in JULY. Waiting area is dated, small, and uncomfortable. Dr Levy is great, but the entire practice is bogged down by be office staff. Will be finding another primary office.
This doctor prescribes a lot of medicine, he has no idea what he is doing. He pretends to be knowledgeable about blood pressure, heart disease but he has no idea. He put my mother on a lot of meds that caused a lot of problems. He has horrible bed side manners and snaps at you when you bring to his attention the several meds he has prescribed is causing problems. I wonder if he gets extra money prescribing meds. Patients beware he seems to care more about money than his patients. If I could give him a lower score than a one star I would for accurate diagnosis.
I've been a patient for over 8 years. I give him an A plus. Knowledgeable and proactive. A great primary care doctor

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
