East Hill Family Medical's Online Review Report Card

I came here for an appointment about a month ago complaining of vomiting and abdominal pain that had been going on for months. I was completely disregarded/brushed off by the doctor and the nurse I saw. No one ordered any tests or even checked anything. They just told me to come back in 3 months if it didn’t stop. Well, lo and behold, a couple weeks later I ended up in the hospital and it turned out I had gall stones and a severely inflamed gallbladder requiring surgery. I would call that a DANGEROUS level of disregard. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE based on my experience here.

Callous and uncaring. You will be disregarded if you are not viewed as worthy by them. I hope you're a well-dressed white man, otherwise you will not find care here. Bad.

I don’t understand what the bad reviews are all about. I have had nothing but good experiences with this office.

5 mins. Late with a cast on and they had me wait almost an hour to be seen-for 5 minutes!!nurses are rude af also. If you don’t like helping people get a different job.

I had 7 yrs to make up for and Stella did and amazing job cleaning!! Very thorough. Debra had a complicated cavity to work on and her artwork in making it look like new was phenominal!! She and her assistant were patient and kind and humored me so professionally. I highly recommend!!!

Worse doctor office in Auburn. You call for a medication refill, and they don't send it to your pharmacy. And if they do, you don't get notified. If you need a refill, they won't send it unless you keep an appointment. They shouldn't be withholding medication refills like that, especially when it's a medication somebody really needs. They never call back, they never give you your test results unless you come in, the wait time is awful. Why make an appointment for a certain time when all they do is make you wait. They don't deserve one star, they don't deserve any stars. If you can find another doctor, then do it. This place is a joke!

One of the worst doctors offices I've been to. The nurse was okay, the wait time... Terrible. The doctor, oh my goodness the doctor. Doctor Ute. She seems to be just ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE. Zero "bedside manner" even less empathy. Have you ever been around a person that seems so miserable that you begin to feel miserable? The negativity just flows out of Ute's body. I couldn't imagine spending any length of time with this woman. She's also rude with a bad attitude. If a medical student could be graded on their mannerisms and general attitude Ute would have never gotten a degree. I know MANY MANY people in the city of Auburn and I will be telling every single one of them about my experience at East Hill Family Medical and the staff there. In summary: If you can at all avoid the place DO SO.

If I could give less of a rating, I would. I went in to see Dr. Brown for a physical before I took my state boards. He did none of the required examinations and he asked me about depression. The question was "do you find things interesting?". I assume it was an attempt to peddle antidepressants. Either way, Fast forward almost 2 years, I was sick and called to schedule an appointment, nobody answered the phone so I left a message, they never called me back. A week later I get a bill in the mail for the previous physical... almost 2 years later. I have reached out to them and explained that I had paid that nearly 2 years ago. This place is a money machine and nothing more. If you have the ability to go somewhere else, I highly recommend not going here. I have now called their billing department twice and no response. I'm going to show up in person this week to resolve their billing error.
