List of Jeffrey Laduca Md's Reviews
They have a pediatric dermatologist also and she is wonderful!
Dr. Laduca is actually great. Super warm, he listens, spends time with me, and is truly a great doctor. He helped me with my hand eczema which was horrible. The issue is the staff. The receptionists are RUDE nearly every time I have to deal with them. I am a very friendly, happy person and these women bring me down, I hate having to call the office. I'm looking for a new dermatologist, just so I don't have to feel bullied by the receptionists any longer.
This is the second encounter that I’ve had at this office where staff is absolutely miserable. From the two different receptionist that I have dealt with to Amy Pine, each one of them had their own attitude and rude comments. Both times I’ve had issues with their scheduling. First visit they try telling me I’m late, this visit they don’t even have me in the system! So I got no reminder call nor a call to inform me the doctor was out sick. I ask “so I just drove from *20min drive* for nothing? No one is here for me to see?” SHE SHRUGS AND ROLLS HER EYES replies “pretty much” without a care in the world....LOL I couldn’t believe the nerve. I totally get that “things happen” but the customer service and care is a disgrace. Some people should just not be in the medical care field! POOR Also, appointment card says “kindly give 24hr cancellation notice to avoid $100 fee”....hmmmm where’s mine?
Can't get an appointment!!! No doctors available.... wonder why that is??? 1 doc going 3 places... seems like a mess!!!!
Tried calling to make an appointment, but the receptionist was very rude and dismissed me almost immediately, so I just made an apt elsewhere. If you’re going to work in the health care field, you should probably learn how to work with people.
Would give 0 stars if I could. The receptionist at all offices are the rudest people I have ever encountered. Made an appointment over the phone. Show up at 12:15(a Monday) and everyone is at lunch. At 1pm they finally come to the front. They say "your appointment is for tomorrow at 12:30". Not what I was told over the phone. She says "I can put you in for 1:30". Okay great since I just drove 45 minutes here and have been having a skin issue that I want answers for. Time passes, people keep showing up and being taken before me. (Granted I work as a receptionist at a medical office, if we goof on appointments, we take the patient right away as it was our fault, not theirs.) Not the protocol here must be. 2pm (1 hour and 45min of waiting) I go up to the front, request my copay back, and tell them I'm leaving and that they have completely wasted my time. The receptionist has the audacity to say "I can't even say you're next in line cause you're not". I say, this was a screw up on YOUR end, I should not have had to wait this long, my time is valuable, TIME IS MONEY. I missed a class at college that I am paying thousands for, that I should not have missed had my appointment been at 12:30 when they told me it was. How about you provide ME with money since I SHOWED UP, and received NO EXAM. If I no-showed, you would be chasing me down for my money. Everyone I have spoken to has nothing good to say about Reflections. I do not recommend them to anyone. Doctor Laduca, hire better staff, train them better, and MAKE IT UP TO PATIENTS WHEN YOU INCONVENIENCE THEM, I know very well I am not the first to experience this.
Cancelled my appointment (which I scheduled 3 months ahead of time), and then tried to reschedule the appointment for another month later.
I just love this office! And now I bring my daughter there who's 16 , and they were so awesomely nice that my daughter loves it too! I would recommend this office 10 times over!
VERY THOUROUGH AND CARING. NEW EXACTLY HOW TO HELP IN MY SITUATION. VERY SATISFIED.
Very people friendly staff from receptionist to the Dr

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
