Sr. McNally was very pleasant and responsive to my questions. The atmosphere of the office was so much nicer and more personal than dealing with a huge institution such as the U of Rochester. I don’t get lost, either, at the very least.

I saw her a few years ago. She was not very friendly, she brought in several people in the exam room without consent. I didn’t like her at all.

Ten years ago this month Dr Butler saved my life. She did it in the middle of the night, with great concern for my personal well being. I owe my life to Melanie Butler and would highly recommend her to everyone. Dr Butler,if you are reading this ,I would like to keep you as my Dr when neccessary, in your new location. Is that a possibility? Thank you Dan Hegarty

Horrendous treatment of my mother.. she removed a kidney stent when my mom had a UTI. Terrible move .. stupid and risky to do that when a patient has a UTI.

I normally see Dr Butler but last visit saw her PA Jackie. She was very thorough and professional. As a man talking about prostate, ED or Low T can be awkward. She made me feel very at ease and comfortable. Very kind and gentle manner. I cannot say enough good about my visit. Wish my primary was like this!

She is competent but she really did not explain my condition very well. She just said these meds would help. I had to ask her what my diagnosis was. Office is OK but needed some improvements. To get an appointment, they have to call you back--prefer to just make the appointment when I call. Office is OK--needs a little sprucing but it is clean.

Dr. Butler is certainly a remarkable woman with all the issues I have with kidney stones she never has a deminor other than making me feel comfortable and never as if I'm wasting her time. She quickly responds to messages at any moment possible. She also calms my nerves before surgery and explains in great detail what's being done and if I have any questions. I would recommend her to anyone and will certainly never find another Dr like her

i saw this woman TWICE.. the first time i was rushed.. but i gave her a second chance and guess what.. i was rushed again! she did a procedure on me that was only like ten seconds.. she then said everything was fine and i had to go back to my regular doctor.. she did not even want to answer any of my questions! she could care less.. i am still in pain with no answers.. my first visit with her was under five minutes and my second visit was even less and i had a procedure done!! how in the world do these doctors get such good reviews.. im starting to think they are PAID views! she was horrible to me and made me feel like crap.. i had the nurse make her come back into the room so i could ask questions!! she was annoyed that i wanted to ask questions! are you kidding me? anyway.. i told her what about my incontinence problem.. she didnt even know i had one because she never asked me any questions. .be aware of this doctor.. she does not pay attention nor does she care. i am a witness to this.. i told them i better get back my money.. i am fighting them on that for sure.. the one thing that i can say that was good were the staff .. they were very nice and understanding.. the nurse spent more time with me and seem to care more then the doctor.. how sad. stay away. i paid 90 bucks to be ignored.

i do not understand any of these great reviews. i just came back from this doctor.. i have seen her twice and BOTH times i was rushed.. i was in and out in under five minutes!! i had a procedure done today that took only 30 seconds!!! she then told me there was nothing wrong with my bladder and i had to go back to my regular doctor.. i have never in all my life been this rushed by any doctor! i have filed a complaint against this woman.. i do not think she even looked inside me .. she is awful!

Dr. Butler is a wonderful physician. She takes her time and is very thorough. Very knowledgeable. Doesn't hesitate to be motherly and put her hand on your arm. Highly recommend.
