This place is a complete Joke. They got my partner on high dosage of pain medication and the drop her from the practice. They said it was because she missed a couple appointments with out calling which they might be right. But hard to call when ur in the emergency room. But they are hypocrites because we travel and hour to there office on numerous occasions and get there to find the doctor has left and no appointment and no call. We are gonna call the department of health and see what can be done about this.

Each visit the medical staff and support team have been friendly, patient, and willing to take time to listen and answer questions. They include my thoughts and needs into every suggested pain management option suggested.

AVOID THIS OFFICE!!! This office is the absolute worst. Terry the office manger is NASTY and could care less if you’re in pain!! she hung the phone up me when I asked for my records to be transferred to the Bayshore location. Staffing Bayshore told me SEVERAL patients have complained about Terry, but she is still working for NYS&P. I am still in WORST pain after that surgical procedure by doctor Johnson in May. He told me I would be pain free for 12-18 months after years of trigger point injections!! Now, Jessica Jordan the manager in Bayshore is just as worse as Terry! Jessica is LAZY not empathetic and could care less if you’re in pain as well. To date Jessica has NOT returned my calls and to relays all messages through her receptionist and simply refused to have me seen by a doctor. I left several messages for the corporate office, They have never return calls!! Folks, Do yourself a favor and go to any other facility. “NEW YORK PAIN AND SPINE OF BABYLON and BAYSHORE IS a JOKE!!

I went to office back in May with severe back pain. I was scheduled for the following week what I later learned to be an epidural (the doc never called me back as I requested on 2 occasions to discuss my concerns and less expensive alternative treatments when I learned that I had to pay out of pocket $580). Upon arriving after paying and going into the exam room I was not able to receive the shot because I had taken Motrin that morning. It was never communicated in the many texts or calls that they made to confirm appt to not eat or take pain meds. It was only on the appt sheet along with a lot of other information that didn't pertain to me. I have since called their office and was transferred to some call center in India where I was told my case is under review. I then marched into their office in Babylon Village, where the receptionist called and felt she had resolved it where I had to wait 4 to 6 weeks for my reimbursement. That time came and went, called back and told again under review, called office where they intervened on my behalf again and now told I have to wait 2 to 4 weeks. Currently at 2 week mark and still have not received back the $580 for a treatment I never received. I will be following up with the BBB and Attorney Generals office if I do not receive a check in mail by by 8/15.

My spine has been causing me a lot of pain, and I found Dr. Sunil Albert. I am very satisfied with the overall quality of the treatment that's provided. The office staff is excellent, especially Ebony. N.P. Faisal is very knowledgeable and patient with me. If you have back pain, this place is for you.

Had my back procedure done recently and I'm feeling great 👍. This practice has always been good, staff are excellent & the Dr is amazing, and I'll continue to use them always! Forgot to mention Faisal N.P. who is great and of course Ebony at the front desk is wonderful. Thanks to all of you!
