By far one of the worst practices I’ve been to! The doctor and the PA do not listen to your concerns. The doc gave me samples of an RX that actually worked well for me but then wouldn’t prescribe it, does that make sense?! The PA had such a heavy accent I could barely understand her, and on top of it, I was more educated on my condition than her. Do yourself a favor and find a practice that actually wants to treat you and make you feel better. The staff is no friendly bunch either.

Everything went down hill when Stony Brook Medicine came in. Never see the doctor but only her rude arrogant N.P’s who dont see the struggle in diabetes but only the money. Garbage!

I’ve been a patient for a little while. I can not begin to say how wonderful the staff is there. I’ve been having such a difficult time with my health over the last 1.5 years and they are so caring and empathetic, it’s really been amazing to have such caring people when you’re going through a difficult time. It may have just been a coincidence but the only thing that worries me about the practice is the high turnover rate with their NP’s. The NP’s that ive worked with are amazing, even when one was unfamiliar with my rare illness she went out of her way to learn more about it. If you have questions or an emergency they are great at getting back to you and never make you feel like a bother, one even consoled me during a really hard day. I wish all of my specialists had a staff like this I met with Dr Jardine who is so wonderful to work with. It’s such a rare thing to find an endocrinologist who truly understands my rare illness. I’ve felt for so long that I had to be responsible for my own care since I haven’t been able to find an endocrinologist that validated how I feel and truly understands what I’m up against. After meeting with Dr Jardine I feel like I can let some of the weight off of my shoulders because I have a competent endocrinologist who understands how I feel and wants to see me feel better. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for this practice ❤️

Left a message in an attempt to make an appointment. That was Thursday as of Monday no call back. Not interested I guess.

Dr Jardine was so knowledgeable, and her office staff was very friendly and kind. Dr Jardine took the time to answer all of my many questions. Shelly the medical receptionist managed to get me right in for an appointment, and Gloria the medical assistant took me in a room shortly after my arrival to take my vitals. The office is run very efficiently under the direction of Barbara the office manager. I highly recommend them as I had a wonderful experience!

Does not listen to her patients. When she talked her voice just sounds dragging, like she does want to be there or talk with her patients.

Yesterday was my first Office visit to this office and I have to rate my first visit a 10, but I could only rate them only 5 stars. My visit was very positive, the office personnel were very Professional, Positive, and Friendly, and especially COVID safe.

Wonderful staff,Jenna is awesome!! They are transgender and LGBTQ Friendly!!

I saw Dr. Jardine for Testosterone replacement therapy for over 10 years. Her PA's gave me a shot every 3 weeks and took care of me that whole time. Never a problem.

I wouldve left no stars if I could. I ended up in the hospital for a toe amputation. My Dr. wanted to speak to Dr. Jardine before he started and was told that she didn't take hospital calls! Never in the 40 years of being a diabetic have I experienced THAT. Disgusting
