Absolutely amazing staff! I recommend this facility to everyone. You feel so welcomed and accommodated. You never feel rushed and after every visit feel your questions are always answered. They know how to take care of their patients. You guys are amazing, thank you so much.
I recently had the good fortune of finding Comprehensive Pain and Care of Long Island, a pain management practice, with Dr. Ronit Adler and Dr. Jeffrey Epstein, for a problem that I was suffering from. Dr. Adler listened intently and kindly to all my needs and patiently answered all of my questions. Dr. Adler and Dr. Epstein provided me with stellar care and treatment which made me feel safe and cherished. I was also very impressed and pleased with all the wonderful modalities they have to offer for people who don't want to go down the traditional, and oftentimes, harmful drug route for pain relief. In addition, Dr. Adler has the loveliest staff imaginable. Receptionist, Annie, is always so welcoming with her bubbly and friendly personality. Andrew’s gentle, sweet and courteous persona makes one feel very relaxed and calm immediately and finally, Stacey assists Dr. Adler, with her kind, warm and patient disposition, carefully taking notes and always willing to help the patient release any anxiety they might feel. I highly recommend Comprehensive Pain and Care of Long Island and please note that anyone coming to this office will receive first class and innovative care. Bonnie
I feel comfortable, and confidant that this doctor knows what, when, and how to do what is needed.

He questioned why I was having surgery and not listening to him when he said I should get under a spinal Dr .... had nerve block went wrong he did not prescribe extra pills told me to take more of what I had and then played dumb When it ran out . first review I have ever written but people need to know
Dr. Ronit Adler and Jeffery Epstein are the BEST most caring doctors. I have been under their care for several years. Supper intelligent with up to date knowledge. My back hasn't felt this good in years and continues to improve on-going basis. I feel so happy. Five Star Patient. MKS
Mary Kay Scalera 5/22/2017I was an active mom and contributor in our work force. I have Pompe disease which is an enzyme deficiency. The name of the enzyme is acid-maltase it’s required for breaking down glucose into simple sugars to be used for energy. This disease causes muscle weakness it does not affect mental prowess. I was able to work many years with my disease until an unfortunate accident which caused a complete downward spiral in my life. Through the years I became more and more debilitated requiring walkers, scooters and power mobility devices. After my injury I was bedridden several months unable to move. I needed to find a way to manage my wellbeing, my daughters, and my home. I spent years trucking to orthopedic spine specialists, neurologists, physical therapy and pain management. I was constantly offered prescriptions for narcotic pain killers which I refused. I was offered surgery many times which scared me to death. I did attend physical therapy at St. Charles, Melville N.Y. 2 to 3 times a week ongoing. In 2015 I was referred to Doctors Jeffery Epstein and Ronit Adler for pain management. During my first visit to Dr. Epstein he read films and spoke to me about back options; he explained each option and answered my questions. I remember on the way home thinking that I just lived through 9 years of a serious spine pain with no meaningful treatment. I was never offered sacro-illiac injections or radio frequency injections before I meant Dr. Epstein. During one visit I picked up a pamphlet in their office about platelet rich plasma (PRP). It turned out I was a candidate for PRP but it was not covered by insurance.I spent the next couple of weeks researching PRP. What excited me most was there are no adverse side effects. The body’s own blood gets centrifuged to concentrate platelets before they’re re-injected back into the body. Whether it’s a heart attack, broken bone, muscle, ligament or any other ailment the body repairs itself by concentrating platelets in the correct area for healing. This all made sense to me now. PRP has been practiced for decades with unarguable success. I immediately decided PRP was important for my body and made an appointment for PRP treatment at Doctors Epstein and Adlers. After my first PRP treatment I felt more circulation in my lower back and extremities. My lower back felt warm. Three days later I returned to St. Charles physical therapy. After 3 months of PRP treatments the puffy inflamed area in my lower back disappeared. I was able to do things longer and easier than I had before PRP treatment. As weeks and months ensued my endurance and stamina increased until today I’m able to exercise for two consecutive hours working at St. Charles physical therapy. This whole turn of events in my life opened up a new chapter for me. I became more motivated than ever and began reading food labels at the grocery store to hasten improvement. I removed processed foods and stopped buying items containing fructose. I continue to get PRP treatments every month and feel measurable improvement after each treatment. It helps reduce back pain, increase strength and lessen fatigue. I realize this will be on going because so many years lapsed without proper treatment. I’ve become more social and feel happier overall.Insurance companies should approve and pay for PRP treatment. PRP has revolutionized care without toxins and should be readily available for everybody. Surgery is way more expensive and risky for patients. Patients would return to work sooner if platelet rich plasma was made available for treating their maladies. It’s been eleven years now since my injury occurred. I’m very grateful to have met Doctors Jeffery Epstein and Ronit Adler.Thank you forever.Mary Kay Scalera
How often do you go to a doctor who truly listens to what you say? With Dr. Adler she not only listens, but then begins to diagnose what the problem is that is causing you to be in pain. She then explains in detail why you have this pain and how she will go about treating it. I think you would have to look far and wide to find someone who is as enthusiastic about helping you to begin to feel like yourself again. I would highly recommend her to you.
She had my best interest in mind at all times. Truly made me feel like I mattered
Dr. Adler did my very first ever round of Botox, and I am so happy! She is so kind and knows her stuff....she didn't push me to get anymore done. She was honest and told me I didn't need any more than a little Botox. Unlike other Drs who push you to get things done for the benefit of their pocket she had my best interest in mind at all times. Her staff is kind and pleasant. Truly the kind of Dr. I want on my side. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and happy. I will always come to her
I have found that Dr Adler is the best by far. She is very professional , compassionate. I have a good team of doctors who all worked together. If it was not for. Dr Adler and the people she surrounds herself in office and at the hospital my life would surely be a lot worse and filled with pain everyday. With out question even a second thought. I would highly recommend Dr Adler to anyone who asks the simple question Do you know a good. Doctor? Answer: Dr. Ronit. Adler

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
