Dr. Nugent made me feel comfortable and educated me about why my 6 month old could be having stomach issues. Ordered tests and was given medicine to help her get relief in the meantime. Would definitely recommend her to any parent I know.

I gave this office one star simply because they wouldn’t provide my family with an American Sign Language interpreter. Customer service is very bad especially because they were pushing for us to stay within our health system and we were sent there for a reason. It is discriminatory to deny these type of service even if you have a small practice. The law requires this for people with disabilities. Won’t recommend this place to anyone!

Dr Hashmi has been a wonderful doctor to our son. She has treated his issue and given such care with a clearly busy schedule. My only negative comment is the long wait to see the doctor every time I have an appointment.

It's amazing to read 2 year old reviews and see that the office personnel are still very rude after the years. The doctors and nurses were great, but the rude receptionists ruins the good experience.

Dr hashi is great, so kind and friendly but the lady at the desk is rude and unfriendly. Unprofessional as well. It’s really sad when a great dr looses patients because of there staff.

I've had to bring 3 of my babies to Dr. Hashmi and she's been wonderful! During a trying time with babies crying and not sure why, she was very assuring and helped immensely! She helped with the babies diagnosis of severe acid reflux and cows milk formula allergy.

My daughter was a patient of Dr.Hasmi’s for almost 2 years. Dr. Hashmi is a compassionate, professional, extremely knowledgeable doctor who I highly recommend. I never felt rushed and she made sure to answer all of our questions. During an emergency, she followed up to make sure my daughter was doing well. Additionally, the portal is a great form of communication as well. This office is amazing!

Dr. Hashmi has been treating my teenage son for Crohn’s disease for almost two years now. We are in her office every eight weeks and have come to have complete trust in the care that her and her wonderful staff are providing for him. Dr. Hashmi is a brilliant doctor and my son is thriving under her care. She is warm, friendly and compassionate. Along with her entire team, she has given our son the confidence to pursue a completely normal teenage life... which he is absolutely doing! The team is very well versed and provides support to the families for other relevant issues that will inevitably arise with insurance companies, pharmacies, and hospitals. They do all this with professionalism and care while dealing with stressed and worried parents. I highly recommend Dr. Hashmi and her team!

Dr. Hashmi herself deserves 10 stars, she’s amazing and will go out of her way to make sure her patients are well taken care of. There are no words to describe how great she is! However, her office staff lack basic people skills. How Ruth is still employed there makes absolutely no sense to me. She has been rude on multiple occasions to the point I’ve now transferred my son to a different facility. When I have a concern I shouldn’t be told each time to “message the provider via the portal” or that “Dr Hashmi will call you later”. Just very unprofessional how she speaks to patients. The staff really gives that office a bad name.
