Dr. Severson is very helpful and professional. However, she does have a nurse that is unfriendly and rude. I have been in contact with many nurses over the years, and this one was definitely one of the rudest I have encountered.

I called the office and was given a 6 month out appointment. What the heck! I called another doctor an was diagnosed with skin cancer. These people didn't even recommended another doctor with a sooner appointment!

I read the reviews before going in, and not one bad thing was said. I do think the dr. was friendly. I was a new patient, and my whole visit was about 10 min, although I do appreciate quick visits, it just didn't seem informative. I got my visit summary and read it when I got home, and there were things on there that the dr. had never discussed, so I found googling some of the things listed. I guess I would have appreciated more thorough explanation.

Dr. Severson , whom I have been seeing for 8 years for annual checkups, is the best there is in my humble opinion. For starters you get in on time and staff always nice. The Doc is very thorough and pleasant as can be. Removed a cancerous growth from my back a few years ago and it went smooth.

Waited 3 months for skin lesion appointment, was seen by her for 7 mins. She only ordered OTC oint which would have caused additional problems for my other medical problems. I also had severe dry skin and was told vitamins would not help but now after one year I finally figured out it was a lack of B Complex. Have sent her my findings but doubt she will read them,

You could not ask for a better dermatologist. Quick yet very thorough and will take as much time as you need to answer all your questions. Why is she so booked all the time? Because she is so good.

Dr. Severson and staff accepted my request for an emergency visit when many other couldn't...this may have helped in saving my life! Dr. severson and the staff are caring and professional. My family and I are eternally grateful.

As a new patient there is usually approximately a 4 month wait but she is great! She is sweet and seems to know her stuff. I will definately be returning in the future.

Dr Severson is great. Her staff however should learn to keep private info private. Not everyone in the waiting room needs to know my address, phone number, date of birth. Spouse name and phone number. HIPPA.

Dr. Severson was able to take my emergency visit when no one else that I contacted could. This may have made the difference in the world for me. Dr. Severson and the staff are professional and caring. I trust her 100%.
