Fractured my ankle. Had to do surgery pins, RPD and he did a wonderful job. I have not had one problem with it.

Dr has a wonderful beside manner and takes the time you need to explain things to you so you understand. He took great care of my mom. Wish there were more Drs like him. Thanks Dr Loffredo!

My review has little to do with Dr. Lofreddo. I thought he was informative and engaging. The office staff of Genesee Ortho... Rude. Disrespectful. Bureaucratic. Obtuse. Unresponsive. Not one voice mail has ever been replied. I was confronted about insurance information of my employer that I don't have. When I offered a contact and phone number I was told, " It is not our responsibility to gather information" (wait what?) But calling me is gathering information. Why not call someone who has the answers? I felt like I was dealing with a crone who's been working at the DMV for 45 years. The doctor may be great but the staff needs a complete overhaul.

Dr Loffredo is the best!! I needed surgery everything was explained to me everyone at UMMC were great! He saw me everyday in the hospital and changed my dressing he truly cares for his patient's well being. Thank you so much!!
