Awesome doctors and awesome nurses. However they have one of the rudest receptionist I have ever met. Three out of three times I have came in contact with this specific receptionist she was rude making me feel stupid with her sarcastic undertones. I would give 5 stars in an instant if that one receptionist did not work there. If you want to make yourself feel small, stupid and ruin your mourning by all means go there and try interacting with this terribly rude human. She should not be any sort of job that requires human interaction. I am currently looking for another doctor to avoid her. Edit: I wanted to change my rating from one star to four stars as to not have this one person reflect on the rest of the good people that I have come in contact with there. H.R. was very kind listening to my complaint where as I left with a good feeling that they cared and wanted to help me. I feel as I may stay after all on account of the rest of the great service I receive. Thank You Dr. Hoy and GO BILLS!

I had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands. Actually went out of network twice and paid out of pocket. Dr. Hoy and his staff were professional and Courteous.

This isn't 1 single visit that brought me to see him. The first time I needed his services was about 1988. Needless to say, being a mom of 4 sons, we needed him quite often. My history with him was more than broken bones! I trusted him and didn't want anyone else to treat me and to do the surgery of 2 carpal tunnel surgeries as well as 2 trigger finger surgeries. At this time, he is treating my youngest son nd me . Dr Hoy is a very kind, caring and respected Dr. in our area.

I met with Dr. Hoy regarding my daughters knee injury. I have nothing but respect for how professional this practice is. Dr. Hoy took the time to explain everything to us and answered our questions without the usual rush them out of here attitude found in a lot of offices today.. TOP NOTCH and a true professional.
