Rude staff.. I came in here with a broken leg and two crutches. No one offers to help as they see you struggling in a disabled condition. No compassion at all. No politeness and just bad looks and sighs while walking to the waiting room because obviously it’s taking me a bit longer than usual. lots of snatching and eye rolling from medical assistant. She didn’t even help to sit me down. Left me there holding my crutches until I asked her to please take them and place it somewhere where I wouldn’t just let them fall on the floor. This staff team changed dramatically. When I say I couldn’t believe how they were so dismissive of me as a patient I am appalled. I used to come here and staff was friendly and willing to help. Doctor didn’t even come in to tell me they couldn’t help me with what I was going in for.. instead they send in the same rude medical assistant to basically say “sorry can’t help you, you can go to the hospital” meanwhile they told me on the phone they would help me w my particular visitation.. please train office staff to tell people certain protocols during an initial call. struggled to get to this location just to be rejected.. this location has no organization. Don’t waste people’s time. Train staff on how to be polite, compassionate and patient. Ask someone if you need help if you see them struggling.

Incredibly rude staff, questioned the time I went into the office and disregarded me and my symptoms. I went in and they saw me for maybe 2 minutes, trying to rush me out because they wanted to leave. Never coming here again, there are much better urgent cares in the area.
