Dr. DeSousa is absolutely wonderful. He went way over and above for my husband when he was in a serious medical emergency. He came in to see him, called other specialists on our behalf, called us multiple times to follow up, and helped us with our prescription when we had insurance issues. He is also super smart, and made sure we understood all of our options. I cannot say enough good things about him.

Dr. Keith DeSousa is a fantastic doctor. He operated on two aneurysm in my brain and explained and even drew a picture of the procedure to make me feel calm. During my hospital stay he kept in touch physically and told me that I could call him at any time if I need him. He is caring, companionate and a superb neurosurgeon.

Absolutely amazing doctor. He performed a cerebral angiogram on my mother and did his absolute best to make sure that she was comfortable. I have never seen a doctor take so much time with the patient and their family to make sure that they understood everything that was going on every step of away. He sat me and my dad down to even look at the images and showed us what my mom's anyeurism looked like. Then he took us step by step through how the procedure and recovery would go, even going as far to draw a small diagram. He answered all our questions and even explained the procedure twice to my mom. He spoke in Spanish too which was really great because it helped my mom understand what was going on better. I would absolutely recommend him because he is a uniquely caring doctor.
