The best place ever! Best doctors, wonderful office staff! I cannot say a good enough things about this place the attentiveness of all involved highly recommend doctor KOHANE has the hands of an angel, and all the girls in the office work their fingers to the bone every day to accommodate a constant influx of patience. It's like a revolving door. It never stops and they never lose their composure and they're always very thorough very professional very patient and very kind!

Dr Kohane and all of his staff are amazing they care about your health and your pain. They're so kind and well organized. I have a special PA In my heart. PA Boyle.

Husband had a back shot last week. The first one dr took his time and it went well. The second one didn't. He was waiting a long time. Dr rushed in with a student intern. Did a quick push, needles were all set and may have been to quick. he had fluid dripping down his back to his leg mixed with blood. No bedside manner this time. He will not go back there and he is going to check out if he actually got the full injection as he has more pain than before!!!

Absolutely horrible the Phone system always in a cue an then when your #1 it hangs up or tells you to leave a message and we will call you back 3 days multiple calls staff Jennifer and Jessica are horrible run around. Had to drive there to make an appointment in parking lot early waiting to see dr. Then i get a call telling me dr. Cant see me running behind. I get rescduled for another appointment 2.5 hours later to tell me when i am there this is not going to work out cant be seen. I am in debilitating pain.

AFTER YEARS OF DEALING WITH PAIN DR'S I FIANNLY FOUND DR KOHANE & DR TARA BOYLE ALONG WITH THERE STAFF BEING EFFICIENT AND NICE & KIND TO EVERYONE ..IM SURE ANYONE READING THIS HAS BEEN TO PAIN DR'S AND THERE STAFF TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE AND ARE RUDE TO ALL PATIENTS ...IM SURE ALL PATIENTS WILL KNOW EXACTLY WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT ! I HAVE FOUND NY SPINE & PAIN MANAGEMENT TO BE THE BEST IVE EVER BEEN TO FROM CALIFORNIA TO NERASKA TO NEW YORK I WILL NEVER LEAVE DR KOHANE & DR TARA BOYLE EVER ! THEY TAKE THE TIME TO EDUCATE YOU ON YOUR PROBLEM'S AND HE ARE VERY KIND AND CARING DR'S ..KUDOS TO THE NICE STAFF YOU TREAT YOU EXTREMELY WELL ! SO IM NOT AT MERCY AT ANY OTHER DR'S OFFICES ! I GIVE THEM A 10 OUT OF 10 .. I NEEDED HIP REPLACEMENT'S SHOULDER SUGERGIES AND I WAS GIVEN EXCELLENT REFERRALS FROM THEM THAT ALL WORKED OUT FIR ME .. My experience with Dr. Fando and his staff has been wonderful for several years. However, it’s almost impossible to get in touch with the office through their current answering service. They don’t answer calls and they don’t return calls. Therefore, any appointments I need to make or changeI must drive to the office and do it in person. This is completely unacceptable and inexcusable. This situation has been going on for at least three months. I think it’s time for a new doctors office, very disappointing.

They are the worst in communication and service, all they want to do is offer steroid shots and when it comes to medication refills the pharmacy gets NO response the front desk workers are rude and not sociable they treat everyone like SHIT, they are Horrible and to be honest it's a sure and definite non compassionate practice it's not about a solution for pain it's about how many shots they can get authorized for there pockets... it's money management NOT PAIN management!!! I couldn't post without a star so unfortunately they got a too good of a rating even though it's 1 star they definitely don't deserveing of even that!!! go elsewhere people your health is worth more than the credit they give their patients..

Wish I could give 0 stars . Doctor Kohane was rude to me walked out of the room accused me of not wanting treatment just because he believed I didn’t want the ONLY treatment he offers he shipped me off to another doctor which I have no clue who the doctor is how to contact the doctor or what to do this was the worst appointment I ever had im a young mother of 2 with serve chronic pain

This place is actually the worst. My brother’s appointment was at 3:30, it’s been 1 hour and 20 minutes and they still haven’t called us. It is now 5:00pm and my whole afternoon has been spent waiting in the place.
