List of Summit Medical Group's Reviews
Everyone is very professional and courteous!! Dr. Arora is exceptional, and very knowledgeable.
Dr. Arora is the best doctor I have been to. He is kind, attentive, and really cares about me and my health. He explains things in a way that I can understand and always makes sure all my questions are answered. The staff is incredibly friendly and make you feel at home. I had to reschedule my appointment and when I called the office, the receptionist was very helpful and got me an appointment the very next day. Thank you SMC!
Dr Arora and the rest of the staff at here really treat me like family. I am a Dialysis patient and Dr Arora is my nephrologist. I transferred my primary care here a few months ago and I couldn't be happier. They will do right by you, and if something does happen the office manager has been very helpful in getting things sorted out. I feel blessed to have found such a smart and compassionate doctor.
Dr Arora truly is one of the best! recommend this clinic to everyone who needs a family doc. the nurses here are good too. keep up the good work!
I have been a patient here for many years and all I have to say is that this is a good clinic privately owned by a great doctor. Love not being able to get my care at a facility that is not corporate owned. Update: Because of covid the Drs here are doing telemedicine visits. I wasnt too sure about it but it was a really convenient service and i was able to do it from my house. I would try it if you are able to
Since Todd Knauff is not there anymore don't waste your time going.
I was at Summit Medical Center last week and had a very horrible experience with one black Male medical assistant, this is the second time this same individual mocks you, your illness, and makes funny faces behind your back with the receptionists. I like Summit medical center, but I believe Dr. Aurora need to advise this individual asap.. on how to treat with sick people, I believe he's in the wrong profession.
I have been going to Summit for 3 years and in those 3 years have had my PA changes 5 TIMES. They are the worst at refilling prescriptions when you need them. I am now looking for a new doctor because they are TERRIBLE!!!
a month agoHave been goin to this clinic for many yrs my Dr Passed. The new Dr didn't even look at my Chart history of anxiety an claustrophobia proceeded to trap me in The office try to cut my meds in half 1st appt.. Traps me in his office I asked 3 times to be let out before I pushed my way through an ran out of the office terrified an hysterical .. When I checked in the receptionist said I had a credit. Here it is a month down the road. An I. received a bill .. For. Tobacco use Cessation ..?? I havnt been the same since that appt. Aurora Pratheep. Is a real Creeper
Horrible experience at this location, Garden of the Gods by Jimmy Johns. The doctor was very patronizing, and didn't help at all. The person that I called to ask for a Supervisor was horrible. When I asked for a the Supervisor the lady that answered, Jennifer, said, "this isn't a restaurant she doesn't work on a weekend." She said she would take a message so I asked for her voicemail and she said she doesn't have a voicemail. I asked when could I expect her to be available to talk to or call me back and she said, "she doesn't know her schedule." I did get the billing number so I can try to fight this bill.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
