Dr. Lillian Graf, MD is a wonderful caring person & also down to earth. She also takes her time and is very careful, and explains all procedures. The office is also clean and staff friendly.

Good doctor nice clean office but the stuff my face receptionist needs to go bad reflection on the office don't use zocdoc they screw up your appointment call directly and get the name who you speak to

I went to this doctor with a specific problem. She hardly glanced at it and prescribed the medication that was completely wrong for my problem! I had to go to another doctor, who prescribed a cream instead and was very surprised about the medication Dr. Graf prescribed!

Dr. Graf and her office are a welcoming place where you will feel comfortable knowing that the Doctor is putting the patient first and you will be getting the best care and diagnosis with a truly great and most knowledgeable Doctor in her field of medicine with a great relaxing personality as well.She diagnosed my skin care and has a great network of surgeons.

The receptionist who is hispanic was so rude!!! She rolled her eyes and almost yelled at me because I used my husband’s name for my daughter ( I made an appointment through ZOCDOC, the app automatically took my husband’s name cuz it’s his account) I couldn’t believe how she treats her patients like that Google has to update their rate system to give minus star Even 1 star is too much for that lady Never go back!!!!

I have visited many other well known dermatologist and didn’t feel like my son’s needs were being met. Today, My son and I went to see Dr. Graf. She was highly recommended by other patients. Dr. Graf is a professional, very patient and has great bedside manners. She answered all my questions and explained what to do regarding my son’s acne. In addition, her staff is polite and friendly, especially Olguita. I will definitely be returning.

Stay away from here- they do not know what they are doing-said i needed a referral when i really did not-Horrible - STAY AWAY

I just visited Dr Graf. Unfortunately I was dissapointed. Office is a house. The receptionist have blankets on their laps, & heaters going. Why? Heat is not on! When I asked why the heat was off, noone had a straight answer. Just seems very odd. Office is old and just sad looking. I had filled out forms prior to the visit but I was asked to fill out the same forms again on site. Doctor seemed nice. Didn't last long to do a full body review. Do I feel confident I received a good look over 🤷🏻‍♀️ So again I said why is the heat not on.. doctor said they need the a.c and heat system refreshed 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️ I am not convinced I'll return. There has to be better in our area.

The doctor is a wonderful human being but the receptionist extremely rude on the phone, yelled at me and I accused me of doing it when she was the one doing it Omg Terrible, She said my insurance rejected the face cream that I have been using for acne for 10 years because I am 36 years old when I had the same cream prescribed and received 2 month ago , This lady yelled at me and was rude on the phone because she said insurance stop giving this medication after 30 years , that’s insane, the doctor is great but I unfortunately I won’t come to see this doctor again after awful customer service

Hello to those reading this post as a most special opportunity to write about a fine physician .. If there were more stars here I would add them. Dr Graf has been treating my family, spanning several decades... . In addition as an integrative psychotherapist for over 47 years I have had the opportunity to witness wonderful feedback from my clients who have, and are continuing to be served by Dr Graf.Her staff is fantastic.. responsive, caring, bridging communication between doctor and her patients in a seamless fashion. When Dr Graf enters the room she is totally engaged - gathering information and sharing her expertise.. you feel extremely cared for.. No matter how busy the office is .. and it is... her manner is calm, and extremely engaging.. we have never felt rushed... She will explain in detail, followed by her wonderful assistants preparing notes on recommendations for us to take home. There is no question that she will not attend to. If there is something that is asked that may not be in her domain, she will research it and make recommendations.. When you can get a little nervous and may need some sort of procedure, she will calmly explain as she expertly carries out what needs to be done.. Her diagnostic acumen is incredible.. She has been able to figure out whats going on when other doctors could not, and explore with you the ramifications, with options, and education needed to resolve whatever is happening to help render informed decisions... It is Earth Day today and I couldn't pick another better time to express my gratitude to this wonderful physician, one of a kind .. who is here with us, continuing to cultivate and dedicate herself to growing the art of medicine in ministering to her patients colleagues and staff...
