This practice is well run dermatology office. It is professional and efficiently run in the entire staff doctors to receptionist are all friendly and courteous. Appointments are easily scheduled and wait time in office was minimal. I would recommend it to anyone seeking a dermatologist

What an obnoxious way to treat patients! My appointment was 12:20, the waiting room is FULL, & no one has gone in to be taken care of! Not only that, not even 2 hours ago someone from this office reconfirmed, in a phone call, the fact that the appointment was scheduled for 12:20 & when I checked in at 12:20 I was told that my appointment was scheduled for 12:00. And the receptionist argued with me! Why am I still here?? Location, location! 5 minutes from home! Done with my rant! Will amend when I'm finally treated by Dr. Graf. (Who is just a lovely person one on one) It's now 1 hour & 40 minutes past my appointment. I have been ushered into an examination room to continue my wait! Minuscule progress! Seen by Dr. Graf at 1:50. Finished at 2:00. Everybody apologizes for the delay! Doesn't have much meaning because it happens too often. It's really my bad if I put up with this disregard for my time!

Dr. Jennifer Lore-Ayala is PHENOMENAL! She is the sweetest woman I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. Along with her excellent bedside manner, the wait in the office is FANTASTIC! I had an appointment at 12:10, I walked into the office at 12:14 and I was in my car driving home at 12:27! The best. Can’t rave enough.

The office staff and receptionists are all so kind! Every time I have an appointment, my heart is so full with the kindness they radiate. The wait time is little to none. The office is clean and updated. Krista Trinidad was patient, kind, and knowledgeable in her area. I will absolutely be coming back to her for all my skincare needs! She was fantastic, I am so pleased. So glad I found this location, and even happier that it is so close to home!

Started visiting for myself and my son. Randomly choose a practice based on my insurance and I am so glad I choose this one. Dr Jennifer Lore-Ayala listens and responds. She understands the concept of communication. She was not just in the business of just prescribing for prescribing. She explain products, do and don’ts, best practices, recommended over the product items at every cost level and I just love going to my appointments. I have seen improvements in my skin even though i am not doing 100% of her directions. I cant wait to see a better version of both our skin in 6 mths when we do what we need to. Thx u to the team.
