I usually see Dr. Alan at this office however he didn’t have an appointment soon so I scheduled one with Dr. Wakefield. Her bedside manner is something I never experienced before. From the moment she walked in she seemed annoyed. She also performed a nasal endoscopy without even asking to use the numbing spray. I have never been in such a pain in my life. At the end she was unable to tell me what was going on other than to do some blood work cause it might be a bone issue. Didn’t even consider a scan of my nose , nothing. Honestly after that torturous endoscopy all I wanted to do was to leave. I have never been treated like this by a dr. I love this office and I have come a few times. Never again will I see dr. Wakefield. I am looking to make an appointment with another dr. The front desk ladies and gentlemen are wonderful people. Dr. Wakefield you are in the wrong profession. I cried for two hours after from the pain after the nasal endoscopy and I am still so sore.
