I am writing this review on behalf of my son Gregory A. My son is on Spectrum and is transitioning from being in a pediatricians office to a internist office. It took quite a while to find just the right doctor, but "Congratulations, Dr. Robinson and Staff you won a warm and trusting spot in my heart !" That's very important to me. My first appointment with you was really long, but you were very thorough. You had a lot of patience with me and have a very good bedside manner. Thank you for a wonderful first time experience. You are definitely a keeper.

Dr. Timothy Robinson earned 2 thumbs up with me. Today was my very first appointment with him and I was totally impressed. He was extremely thorough and compassionate. Dr. Robinson listens to what his patients has to say. If he doesn't seem to know an answer or isn't sure of an answer he looks it up and he will give you an answer to your question. He is very caring. Also, I expressed my concerns to him that I need a visiting nurse and health Aide and I explained why. I told him that my pain management doctor felt it was my primary doctors duty to help me with that because it was out of her jurisdiction. My OLD primary doctor since August, 2022 wouldn't help me with this either. Thank you Dr. Robinson for writing me out that referral for that visiting nurse. I appreciate that you at least cared enough to listen to my needs.

I was recommended to Dr. Robinson by Dr. Vinay Kapoor. I have to say that he is an excellent doctor. He spends some time with the patients and does not rush. Very polite and does care about the patients. Would definitely recommend him. Yes there is some wait that a patients have to go through in the waiting area ...but having a good attentive and caring doctor is what matters most. So would definitely recommend him.

Don't go there, don't waste your time.

Please DO NOT GO to this doctor. I can not express enough the heart-ship and frustration we’ve gone thru, from waiting hrs to see him or simply hold a zoom consultation not to mention the poor an unprofessional bedside manner of the staff. Been going to him for a very long time and didn’t want to go thru the process of finding a new physician, FINALLY after his own staff warned us of the fact that my appointments are never going to be at the specific time we originally scheduled but more like a few hrs later, bcs he overbooks himself, we had enough and have decided to make the switch. No respect for his patients time at all. When considering a physician please save yourself the headache.

Dr. Robinson is one of the most authentic and caring providers that I have met. I've been with him for about 15 years through his old office (which was a bit in shambles) to his new much, much improved and updated admissions office. Always grateful for his insights.

I can not express enough the unprofessionalism and poor bedside manner of the staff and PCP. Was a patient for a long time and didn’t want to go thru the process of switching PCP, finally had enough when it took almost a week to get him to see me and fill out a physical form for work, also wanted a visit for a bad allergic reaction and all I got was a zoom call at 4pm. After two hrs no zoom call and no courtesy notification of his absence. He then or “his staff” Angela the office manager, one heck of a nasty person I may add, told me flat out “his not going to have time to see you today” they scheduled me for the next day. This isn’t only unacceptable but, unprofessional and a shame. We should all come together and complain about his behavior. Ps. We were patients of his since he had that basement apartment office, I guess now that he has an office building, his a hotshot.

A terrible place! Please do not go here. The staff is unproductive and have the worst bedside manner. You will wait hrs before beating seen and when you do get an appointment his all over the place and focus on the most bizarre subject that has nothing to do with the reason of your visit, my family and I had enough and are now switching to a new PCP. STAY AWAY!!!

We have been with Dr. Robinson for years. He is smart, personable and compassionate. He is well known and respected by just about every other specialist we have encountered over the past decade or more. His office is always busy because he is so popular, but he is the best.

Needed medical records transferred and a helpful member of their staff quickly assisted. Rose P. was professional and swift with every bit of the process. Appreciative towards her care and attentiveness to the matter. We need more like her!
