Did not respond to patient portal messages, or phone messages noted as urgent over three days, despite having a limited treatment window to mitigate illness with medication causing the illness to progress in severity being left untreated - thus, terrible response time for emergent issues. No better performance for routine visits either, rushed through physical to such a great extent that she forgot to order blood work and never even noticed or followed up; argued about the existence of an eye condition, rather than admit she didn’t know something and suggesting a follow-up with an ophthalmologist - turns out patient was indeed suffering from ocular rosacea, the condition she didnt know existed. Do not be deceived as I was by her generally pleasant disposition, when you are ill and it matters and you need her - she will not be there. If it allowed I would give zero stars.
