Bad service no doctors available

Awful!! Would not take my daughter as a walk-in even though I said she was burning up and throwing up. Making too many appointments to give people Covid tests and not taking sick children. One in carle place so much nicer staff.

I don't like to leave bad reviews. But tonight's visit at PM Pediatrics at this location was not the best. The nurse was very rude with terrible bedside manners and very inpatient with my 4yo. He walked away from our room telling the station he's not going back in and hes going to let us wait there all night because my child was uncooperative. No wonder their wait time is over 4-5 and even 6 hours! A nurse or a doctor who has no good bed side manners and zero patience for kids doesn't belong in medical field dealing with children. He must be removed from there ASAP. I'll update the post with his name.

Expected the 4 hr walk in wait time. But if you tell me results will be in tomorrow, I expect them to be in! Expect a 2 day wait for testing

My 5 yo needs staples in his head and the staff was wonderful with him! On our return visit they remembered him & greeted him prior to the visit making him feel super comfortable coming back! Highly recommend this location!! Yes the wait time can be long depending on when you go but it is well worth the wait!

A two and a half hour wait (and still waiting) is not “urgent care”.

The front desk is unprofessional and not friendly at all. Her mask was only covering the mouth. We made an appointment and was told to wait in the car. When I called back in 15 minutes, I was told that we have to wait 30 more minutes. I said calmly okay can you cancel my appointment? I did not expect to wait this long with an appointment. The front desk said there are other sick kids and just hanged up on me. It was very unprofessional and rude.

The best experience I had at a pediatric urgent care. We had zero wait time. The nurse, Sarah was amazing. She took her time to make my daughter feel less nervous. She sat down and talked to me, explained everything. The PA, Joseph was just as caring- great bedside manner, explained everything thoroughly. So glad I found this place!

Check-In was quick, efficient and front desk staff member was extremely helpful.

Make sure to call and check that they have rapid covid tests if you need one. This is a very basic test that one would expect any facility to have. They currently only have PCR tests which can force your child into quarantine for 24 hours or more for no reason. At this point it is literally the same as saying that you don't have a basic strep test.
