I did not feel that warm welcome from the front desk. In the parking lot a front desk employee after I was waiting for 5 minutes to get a parking space drove in the parking spot I waiting for and ignore me waiting and took the parking g spot. I was in pain. The doctor rush through my diagnosis. I did not feel heard. He rush through my diagnostic once he heard I was in the gym. He automatically said I pulled my back out. I had to advocate for myself and I said are you sure it’s not something else? Then he decided to take a urine test. I am disappointed. I felt there was no care and compassion for the pain I was feeling because I was left in a small room for too long while the doctor attend to other patients. Overall no compassion. They need to get improve.

I saw Dr. Flood when I was there , he had a wonderful bedside manner , he took the time and explained to me what I was going through and how to treat it the best way possible !!! The staff was very kind and the wait wasn't long at all .. Highly recommended!!! Good experience!! A++++++ Thank you….
