Overall the first visit was good. The nurse performing basic checkup was very nice, thorough and patient. Dr. Hersch was very personal and engaging. Would say receptionist could have been a little more welcoming for a first time appointment didn’t feel very welcomed, but made up for it on exit interaction.

He didn’t rush me out he checked my records from a different heart doctor and he sat down with me and went over everything and explained everything to me and asked me if there was anything else that you would like to say and I said no to him you told me everything that I needed to know

I found the office staff to be friendly and accommodating. It was my first visit with Dr Hersh and I found him to be attentive to my concerns, informative and caring. I was taken on time and I felt safe in the office as well. A pleasurable visit for sure.
