Made two (2) appointments, mistakenly, for 2:45pm and 3:00pm. Received voice message confirming both appointments 3 days prior to my appointment. When I arrived at the office, the office manager stated that both appointments had been cancelled because someone called for insurance information and did not contact me. I did not receive a call from the person who she stated called. She stated that none of the doctors were available to see me and would I like to schedule another appointment. "No, I would not." I have since seen another Urologist. Poor office staff does it again.

Cancer is a tough diagnosis to come to grips with. With all the research I did following my diagnosis Dr. Chan was right on with all the latest in cancer treatment. His recommendation to use ARC for my treatment was spot on.

Dr. Chan is an exceptional doctor! I would recommend him to anyone. He takes his time during my appointments and addresses any and all questions or concerns I may have. You don't feel rushed at all and you feel as if you're genuinely cared for. 10/10

Unfortunately, I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Dr. Chan. After booking an appointment over a month in advance, I was called the day before the appointment and told that my time slot would not be honored since I had new insurance and would thus be considered a new patient. After explaining that I had an elevated PSA and family history of cancer, the staff continued to fall back on their bureaucratic procedures. Thanks for nothing, Dr. Chan since your staff is a reflection of you.

Although Dr. Chan's specialty is limited to Urology, he is one of the best doctors I have ever visited. I recommend him to anyone. I've been his patient for several years, and see him for annual checkups. He is always thorough, concerned, and professional. Takes the time to address and answer any questions I may have.
