Monica Weinberg's Online Review Report Card

When I first saw Dr. Weinberg I was in a great deal of pain. She took a lot of time with me and answered all my questions and concerns. She has kept in touch with me frequently through emails and by phone concerning all of my tests and my eventual diagnosis. She appears to be very thorough and competent and generally caring and patient. She seems very young so maybe the system has not ground her down yet, but I would highly recommend her.

I started seeing Dr. Weinberg off a recommendation from a colleague in the spring of 09 when I wasn't feeling well. being someone who NEVER goes to the doctors because of fear - i never followed up with a physical....come this year in July I wasn't feeling well again and went back in to her. she made some EXCELLENT referrals and has been involved with my care since! I just returned and had that physical! for me - the person who would go to a dr only when necessary and then never again, to have been to see her about 4 times in the past two years - it says a lot. She is caring, understanding, highly knowledgeable, thorough and she listens. you never feel rushed! Regarding her staff - I've never had problems when i phone her secretary at all... their not Suzie sunshines at the front desk, but i find no problem with them or rudeness. I wonder if some of the older posts might be referring to someone who maybe doesn't work there any longer??? not sure though.

Dr. Weinberg is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She took the time to discuss my nutrition and weight management concerns. She also put me at ease while administering vaccines on site and recommended gardasil to me since I fit the age profile. I had my bloodwork done in the lab there at MHMG and my results were emailed to me. With regard to the office, the staff is not the most polite and wait time can be about 30 mins. if you don't go there when it first opens in the morning. With that said, it's great to do everything on site and the office's Electronic Medical Record software that the doctor uses during the visit certainly makes things efficient.

have to agree with the 1st post that the person who answers the phone for this doctor has terrible ettiquette and makes a patient feel bad for ever calling

I recently started seeing Dr. Weinberg and have been really happy overall. I appreciate when a doctor takes the time to follow up with me, and Dr. Weinberg always does this. I never feel like I'm being rushed, or that I'm not being listened to. She seems to genuinely care about her patients. I would recommend her wholeheartedly. My only complaint is that when I called the office once, whomever I spoke to was incredibly rude to me and not helpful at all. I'm not sure if this was her secretary, or a receptionist, but I wish I would've gotten her name so I could report her behavior.
