If you're an old person who has plenty of time on your hands and enjoy sitting in a waiting room for a long time, then this place is for you. Every time I go, I walk into a waiting room filled with about 20 people. When I ask the receptionist "how long," I usually get 1 to 1.5 hours for a wait time. So, I wind up sitting at Burger King for an hour to kill time. Dr. Orbuch is a good doctor, but the last straw was my last visit there. I went to see the female skin surgeon. I had a 9:15 appointment. The nurse prepared me and I waited in the exam room. The nurse kept coming in to check on me, telling me that the Dr. hadn't even arrived yet. WHAT? 10:00am, I have a 9:15 appointment and the Dr. isn't even in yet? That was it for me, I am done with this office.If, when you go there, you can't find a parking space and/or you see the waiting room is overflowing with people, or you have to wait an hour or two beyond your original appointment time, now you know why...They don't show up on time.

Made an appointment and the receptionist put me in on the wrong date. It was suppose to be the week before. I would have never waited two weeks as I was worried about something. I asked to be seen since their was a mistake and I was worried. They won’t see me and was not going to bend their schedule. Plus she sent paperwork to the wrong address and my mailman hunted it down. Have no idea about the doctor because I made another appointment and never confirmed me so I’m going somewhere else.

Went to this group several years ago and left due to being forgotten in the waiting room, with no effort made by staff to apologize or get me seen immediately (after waiting 1/5 hrs). Went back a couple of weeks ago and thought they had made changes (i.e. nicer front desk staff and new doctor). Returned this weekend for a follow up, an appointment I made three weeks ago. While waiting over an hour I learned a woman had made an appointment that very morning, they squeezed her in at the exact time and with the same doctor that I went to see. She was called in before me. I left after an hour and 15 minute wait. That is a ridiculous amount of time to wait. If I was that late, they would have turned me away. Very disappointing. Sorry, can't recommend.

Another Dr. sent me to Orbuch for a full body scan since my new med can cause skin cancer. Spent 10minutes with me. Barely looked at my body. Not the thorough exam I hoped for. Wouldn’t go back. Nice man, but....

Horrible woman answering phones. Rude, unprofessional. Made no effort to accommodate a working persons schedule. Told her I was in no rush for appointment, just couldn't come in the morning. She should find another line of work.

Had me wait over an hour to see the doctor for my 6 year old. Was specifically told that Dr Orbach was good with kids. How good can he be if he makes a 6 year old wait so long. Won't be coming back.

Worst doctor's visit ever. Terrible doctor, didn't bother examining my mom, just assumed she had female pattern baldness. Didn't even bother to put on latex gloves for pretense. Kept interrupting me when I was trying to tell him something or ask questions, which was very rude. Loves to hear himself talk. And made us wait for him for an hr for a 5 min consultation. Was absolutely of no help and recommended rogaine, as if that really helps. The visit was a major waste of time & $! Don't Recommend!

Awful. Just awful. I will never recommend this doctor to anyone. I took my mom to his office bc my friend recommended him. My mom suffers from hair loss and we thought that he could help her. The waiting time in the waiting area was short and the receptionists and nurses were nice, but that is where the praise ends. The nurse led us into one of the rooms where we ended up waiting for an hr for what turned out to be a 5 min consultation. When he finally came into see her, he didn't even bother examining her scalp or hair; he didn't even put on latex gloves for pretenses. He was very rude and kept interrupting me when I tried to say something or ask a question. He loves to hear himself talk. He was completely of no help. Didnt prescribe anything or give any advise about how to restore her hair. He kept saying that he didn't know the answers to our questions and kept referring us to a hair specialist named Jerry Shapiro who doesn't even take insurance. In short, it was a total waste of time and money. We left highly disappointed and in utter disbelief that he just sits there and collects people's insurance money. What a fraud! Take my advice, do not waste your time with him.
