Horrible doctor - ugly attitude with a huge ego. She yelled at me because I simply asked her to see the endocrinologist during my mother’s appointment. She’s very dismissive and ignorant. Save yourself the trauma and find someone else

Terrible, I took off a day of work and then was told by Dr Kaul that she’s not taking new patients. Why wasn’t I told that when I called to make the appointment. The worst experience ever with the worst dr ever!

She rushes the appointment and is beyond rude. I got into in argument with her because I asked to see an endocrinologist and she told me that’s a waste of time. She said the thyroid is the only hormone in the body which is wrong. Her visit was a waste of time. She doesn’t like giving referrals. There are better doctors out there who are more caring and compassionate. Pick your doctor wisely.

It was an awful visit, she’s very condescending, ugly attitude, she was in a rush to get rid of me. I cried after that visit and I didn’t want to go back, her nurse was no better, I’ve never felt so disrespected and mistreated as that day. I don’t know how doctors like her exist. The happiest day of my life was the day they told me she was no longer at the VS location and I was assigned a new doctor. I was relieved she took her assistant with her.

Dr. Kaul's lack of professionalism, bed side manners and flexibility resulted in me switching physicians. Perhaps she should retire.

She doesn't listen to you so does her Guyanese Rude nurse, stay away.

Does not listen or pay attentions to patient history and very rude and answer like I cannot listen to your concerns I have no time even though I was a new patient. Her nurse it also very rude Guyanese Girl and very rude to answer and attend you. Worst doctor and staff stay away please for your own health sake.
