Ive been treated with respect, in and out with good time, love the people who work there in my doctors area, reception area is good, clean, and just like this place.

The doctor is great amazing work and really good at what he does I recommend him 100% if you need any type of spinal work. However, if you’re calling in regards to questions just understand the staff responsible for taking calls will do nothing for you. Very rude and not very helpful. They talked down on me like I’m nothing more than someone looking for handout when you are looking for guidance.

Amazing is all I can say.

Dr. Horgan, You cared for me in the Winter of 2004 at Fletcher Allen just 10 days before my wedding. I was sad to hear you left UVM; the last time I was there you were still on leave. As a NY resident, I was thrilled to find your new affiliation with Strong and am currently trying to schedule an appointment to see you for my checkup. Unfortunately, I'm finding that scheduling one is requiring me to jump through hoops. I'm unsure why I need a referral to see you but I'm trying:)

Dr. Michael A. Horgan was the neurosurgeon who saved my life and prevented me from becoming full paralyzed and blind. I am alive and well today because of this man's gifted skills, determination, and precision. I find his bedside manner to be excellent . He is a very special, kind and talented man whom I shall remember forever as the man who was brave, courageous and talented enough to take on the repair of a brain aneurysm which left me successfully well.

Dr.Horgan removed a meningioma and did a wonderful job. I couldn't even find the suture line. I found him compassionate and professional. He has a way of conveying confidence and I felt I was in good hands. Also he came highly recommended by the or staff he worked with

I had a partial discectomy a few months ago. I never talked to him after surgery and the follow up was with the PA in the office. The initial visit the PA evaluated you, second visit dr spent 10 minutes to talk about surgery. The last visit PA discharges you.I still have no sensation in my fingers and I do have pain where the disc was removed. Should of had a follow up actual MD. I am going to have to go get re-evaluated but not that PA again. Will find a doctor to follow up and a MRI.

Wonderful physician- great staff. He literally saved my future and helped me keep walking- he is amazing!

Dr. Horgan is great. I am thoroughly pleased with the surgery that he performed on me. Everything went well, and I would recommend him to anyone. The scheduling department is lacking. It took a lot of calling and showing up at the hospital to schedule and appointment with him, but once I was 'in the loop' it was way easier. But, it took me three months of waiting to finally have my surgery, and in that time of waiting, my nerve damage got worse, and there is only a slight hope of some of it getting better after the surgery. Definitely no complaints about Dr. Horgan. He took time to sit with me and answer all my questions and explain it to me in terms that I could understand. A wonderful experience with him.
