Great place, clean, quite , professional staff. Staff was kind and attendant to all my needs, would highly recommend for your loved ones.

3, because most of the staff were very nice and helpful. I went in to rehab from an operation. I was not happy when I arrived, the room was not in great shape, blood and snot on the curtains, the bathroom was a disgrace. I had a family member clean it twice because they ignored the dirt. The food was something else, when we had to ask for sandwiches after supper. I had snacks brought in. The showe area had a ton of hair on and under the mat in front of the shower. A different social worker is needed that knows how to deal with people. I did have good people at rehab, Gina and Mae got me going. Dr Olwa was very nice and we had a nice talk. Some of the nurses were great, others had an edge, but I realize they have a HUGE job and little help. The aides were more than polite and helpful. They could be quieter at night but most was OK.

Multiple failures at taking care of my brother. His room smelled like urine and feces. My brother had feces on his sheets, socks and floor when we arrived. His dentures were lost and he couldn't eat properly. They stopped answering the phones when his wife or I tried to check in on him each evening, even hanging up on us multiple times in a row. Complaints were not taken seriously. One staff said she loved working there and they take good care of their patients. Not true in this case. They called and said that he fell out of bed and were not sure how long he laid there. Negligent. This place should be thoroughly investigated. The only nice people we encountered were at the check in desk.

Don’t allow your family to be at this facility it’s dirty they leave patients dirty my mother is left for hours without being changed they don’t bathe the patients she had the big knot in her hair u can’t get a hold of nobody it’s always the run around

When I was there at the first time, I found the people to be very friendly outgoing and they really try to get you to connect with other ones and they were so helpful and they act very caring towards the other patients and yourself. They treated us very very well. The rooms are clean the halls do not smell like yarn. It’s just a very nice place. Very nice place and the employees that worked there are the people who worked there are very very nice people and very outgoing and very helpful.

Came to visit a relative. Not sure what to say. Seems like all these places have a smell. Could be cleaner. Pot smell was bad as we entered the front door. Seemed the smell was in the bathroom as well. Checking in is very different. Seems the room our relative was in was dirty. Diapers on the floor. We went to the sitting area. Went back to room. Just kind of ironic they seemed to have cleaned up the room etc. I know working I. This type of field is ruff. Short staff etc. The patient care could be better. Again it's all these type of places.
