As usual I found the visit to be friendly and professional

I was recently diagnosed with a condition. I had absolutely no clue that I had this condition until my primary care provider did some extensive blood work. As a result I was referred to a nephrologist. I knew my condition was serious and I was filled with fear. During my appointment with Dr. J most of my fear was alleviated. He went into great detail explaining my condition. He made it very clear what I have to do in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. When I left my appointment I felt like a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. Now my outlook regarding my health and my condition is very positive. Dr. J is extremely knowledgeable and is an excellent doctor. During most of my medical appointments I am usually very hyper. However Dr. J has a calming affect on you. I am extremely fortunate and grateful that he is my doctor.

First time I had a telephone appointment. It was a follow up and no new complaints so I was confident in doing the telephone appointment. The doctors office called when they said they would took all my information and I provided blood pressure readings and temperature readings taken before the call. My lab work was done a few days before so they had that information. The doctor personally called and he was as thorough as he has been when I visit personally. I was happy to do this and not drive the 35 miles in the cold to go to the appointment Thanks

We had a telephone “visit” because of COVID. As usual Dr. Jayaraman was courteous professional and willing to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. I hope that in six months we will be able to resume inperson visits.
